Hi,
A friend by making the root of his SGT2 P5110 does not have any more BootScreen/Splash Screen Samsung Galaxy 2 10.1.
How can I recover it?
Can you explain me the way of doing it or can you make me a zip.
thank you by advance
If you can find the zip somewhere of the stock bootanimation, then just rename it to 'bootanimation.zip', go to the root of your sd card and in there put it inside the 'media' folder. It would work with any boot animation, you only have to rename it.

Yes, but a with a new Rom, my friend has a same problemn
You could try reflashing the bootloader by restoring to stock in ODIN.

I have posted the original stock bootanimation file here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=11658161&postcount=1272
I may be able to change the boot ROM animation of dexter? I can overwrite the original file on the other bootanimation.zip? I've seen around some boots animation and would like to do it through explorer root.
Someone? I have understood that the boot animation should be 480x854 for the XT720. Or is it possible to put one of 480x800?

I've used droid botanimations & I think they are 480 x 800 & yes you can do it with Root Explorer.
Thanks! I worried about leaving my phone only start with the Motorola logo.
I have made a theme for you all to enjoy.
It's my first attempt, so please be nice and honest with me.
Anyways, it's not too out there and flashy (I found the themes which are very colourful to be awfully annoying and so tried to keep it simple, but nice
Also enabled CRT Screen Off Animation.
Flash it through the recovery (Install zip from SD card) - Thanks FreeXperia

Would you allow me to use your theme in a custom system image?
Indeed, go for it
man i wanna use this theme =/ i hate not having root i wanna have a custom boot img lol
Nice!
Sorry to ask but I can just install this theme by flashing it in recovery mode? I won't lose any of my current data and stuffs right? Haha I'm new to the android scene.
Thanks in advance!
Yeah, it works better if you flash it through the recovery menu, just copy over the xip to your SD card, then go into recovery and say install zip from sd card, navigate to the zip, and install
Let me know what you think!
Fellas, can I please get some help
I have been trying to install the 4.0.4 on my rooted and unlocked boot loader on my samsung galaxy nexus. Mainly because I want to see if the volume and signal are better. I have clockwork Mod Touch installed version 5.8.0.2 and also downloaded the tool kit by:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1400871
My drivers on my CPU correctly but I keep on getting this and it wont install anything. Ii did not want to install a new ROM but after so many errors I backed up my Stock 4.0.2 just to make sure and tried to load Gummy and that gave the same error. (I dont want the Gummy ROM) I just want the 4.0.4 here is a screen shot of the error message it is showing me. Guys, Thanks for your help in advance.

For one, it looks like the file isn't signed. Toggle signature verification off if you have the option (I don't know if CWM has the option, I don't use it).
There's something else that is going wrong, but I'm not quite sure what. Try reflashing the recovery. If that doesn't help, backup the SD card, format it, and try again.
So do u think I should delete clockwork mod apps and delete files from SD card then reinstall?

I got it now folks....thanks I now have a huge signal boost difference.

Hello. I have an updated lollipop phone then I wanted to flash an xposed-sdk-arm zip thing but unfortunately the custom recoveries did not read my sdcard, even the phone storage. It says something like "e:/ can't mount sdcard"
Can i just put the files from the xposed-sdk-arm zip to the root storage? And change the permissions as well...

Thanks for the reply, sir. Can you recommend me another custom recoveries? I had tried Philz but it didn't work. I have a photo of it.

Hello,
I think it's more of a broken recovery. There are various others like CWM, TWRP not sure if they are available for your device though.
