Hello! I am in the same predicament as I am a newbie (but quickly learning) with both Android and the Gooapple V6 which I just got a few days ago. In my case I have already "rooted" my Gooapple V6, but not update the firmware. I would also very much like to remove all the "un-removable" Chinese stuff in my Gooapple V6, so any help to this end will be highly appreciated.

Hello guys, I bought a Gooapple V6.
But now that I have received it (very satisfied in just 4 days from China) I have some doubts on the apparatus.
More precisely, the seller who have sold it to me "achinaseller" guaranteed that it is a Gooapple V6 (a Gooapple V5 3G updated with a faster software). And with the promise to find pre-installed Google PlayStore.
But Google PlayStore there isn't in the phone. And even if I try to install it, at the time that I start downloading a file, the application crash.
In addition, if I want to try to put a classic Android's rom without the IOS interface available from the "official website" rom.gooapple.com, tells me that at first time I must check the version of my motherboard typing the code *#2170#* But, if I try to do this code, on my phone doesn't give any function...
Sure my phone is 3G and Android. But what kind of phone is it?? Is it a real Gooaple V6??
Someone can help me?

Hi guys, I have just read that my phone is model MC605CH. In many threads I have read that this model name is the same of Goophone 4GS.

Dear Guys,
I need your help as last night I was trying to help my friend with his new Lenovo S960 phone and an auto update changed the UI and the phone to Chinese verison with no Google access and it's basically useless now. Can you please give me ideas how to roll it back or simply install a different ROM / UI? I was trying to find a Cyanogen option, but couldn't find it. Actually a stock Android would be great - or anything what is not in Chinese AND allows us to add a Google account, reach the Play Store, etc.

1- When closing any game,desktop apps doesn`t appear at once.There is a message "apps loading,please wait".And apps appear after more than 15 seconds.
2-Contacts is slow while loading and while dealing with contacts also.
Demands:
1- I need the official rom for this phone

2-I need a cyanogen rom to speed the phone.
