It"s this hard brick??

somebody help me...
i flashed a rom,, but it take too long time than usual,,
so i unplug the usb from my phone to my pc..
than,, i flashed another rom,, but same take too long time than usual,,
so i unplug the usb..
than i want to go cwm mod,, but strange logo appeared..
than i press power button only,, but strange logo appeared again..
but i can go to download mod..
so how to fix it??
it's hard brick or what??

It is not a hard brick.Just go to download mode, connect USB and Odin will recognise it.flash your rom and it will start normally as usual

but,, my first flashed (for today) why it take too long time,, 10 minutes but the green on odin only reached 1 per 7..
the second flash also like that..
maybe because my download file damaged/ having problem??

try to flash another rom... i had the same issue with my mini... just go to download mode

Try using another USB port
If the file were broken you won't be able to extract it from archive
This is all common while using odin

Hard brick's only when you can't open the download mode
Just flash another rom and enjoy

Yeah, and be sure that you used the .tar file in Odin to flash.
Not the .zip file - anyway, if it takes long time then try to wait for it.
(Try CM7, this should work on flashing [never had troubles with it])

Thanks, I tried a lot of combination with battery, without battery. At the end of with one combination i got download mode. Huh.

i evryone igot some problem and hope to hepl me, i'm sorry if i open thread in a wrong place.
i tried to upgrade my i9003 from 2.3.4 to 2.3.6 and restarts on samsungs logo
i got this screen

i searched for hours and after i fashed phone 5 time with 5 file firmware i got nothing then i read somewhere to fash only pit file and i got brick
i canot turn on my phone
please helf me i tried to by this phone for 4 month and its now dead plz help,

Try first flashing xxkpe firmware then your desired firmware.

1. Stop panicking.
2. Remove the battery cover.
3. Remove the battery.
4. Reinsert the battery.
5. Now press and hold volume down, then home key, then the power button. IN THE ORDER.
6. If it goes to download mode, your phone still has a life.
7. Open Odin, select PIT, connect the device (In download mode), when it detects, press flash.
8. Disconnect, remove the battery, reinsert the battery.
9. Again, press and hold volume down, home and then power key, again in order. Download mode.
10. Flash XXKPE.

If it can go to recovery, i am sure it can go to download mode also. Try again. Sometimes it doesn't work. Remove the battery and reinsert it and try again. Don't panic just yet.
Press and Hold Volume down. Keep Holding. At the same time press and hold Home (hardware) key. KEEP HOLDING BOTH. And then press and hold the power key. HOLD ON TO ALL THREE. Does it go to download mode?

no bro its dont work i remove battery and reinsert it and push the buttonts but have no reactions i searching it on google and i got this if it last way to alive my phone ?

i alive boot with gtag medusa box awesome box now i want Suitable rom. its restarted on samung logo or freezed on samung and phone is hotting

i cant choose anything on fastboot screen HELP!

hello guys i do have a Nexus S T9020
i did flash a rom and i did a backup
nothing show up and power button dont do anything
now i try to go into fastboot to get at recovery and i CANT select anything the power button and volume dont make actions
what i can do please help

I heard some people have broken power button where the power button is always in the "enabled" state, and that will cause volume buttons to not work. I wonder if you have the same issue though, if thats the case you will have to either replace the power button or send it to Samsung.
I don't have the Nexus S right now, but have to tried the command: adb reboot recovery. Also I thought you can boot directly into recovery by power + volume up.

If your power button is broken you are stuck there on that screen.
Does the phone boot up into the os? If so reboot into recovery from the os. If you flashed a ROM I assume its rooted. Can use any app that allows booting into recovery ( quickboot goomanger ROM manager ROM toolbox etc) or in terminal type such and hit enter. Then type reboot recovery and hit enter.

the problem is the i did a flash a rom and now the rom dont boot up or anything and i did a back up but i cant use the buttons to make a selection to get into recovery over the fast boot as i show in the picture!
the only way i get into the fastboot is holding the volume up and connect the usb into the port and them get into the fast boot screen but no more from there

That's what I figured. At that point you are pretty much screwed,
You need to get the power button to work / unstick so you can fastboot in order to do anything.

Samsung can fix it if you send it. The solution is to get your power button repaired. There's nothing else to really do.

Unless they got the part, then it's a no. Every so said "solution" ends up failing, you're just pushing a bit the date. Only replacing it really works.

i have temp fix
this is what i did may be you can fix it like this
i take off the battery out,
place back
Hold down volume and power
now connect the usb cable from the pc
keep holding the buttons we dont need to go into bootloader, if you can see the lower lights on you okay
now check the usb icon in your computer and if your computer recognize you are cool
Now before i have this problem i did a back up of my rom and i install touch recovery
now you have to see your options and if you have the twr recovery even better since you can transfer files over your phone while in recovery mod
okay i did install this toolkit

and since my computer recognize the usb and my nexus phone
i did get into reboot recovery mode in the advanced utilities you can figure out the rest since i dont know much!
since i did a back up i just restored and i did flash another rom which let you wake up the phone by the volume key
so i transfer the rom files and flash then while on recovery mode try installing the goomanager to get into recovery since this means your power button dont work

if you have luck flashing this rom
just go into CyberGR-MOD in the setting section and select lockscreen options and check volume wake
now to lock the phone just install any app from play store like Lock Screen Widget

and remember if you battery dies, just connect it into charger or usb cord and the phone ll boot again

How do downgrade from 4.0.4 to 2.3.x ( Optimus 3D )

I have problem with my O3D
Now i have 4.0.4 port from SU760 , but for me that ROM unstable , i got freezing and i have problem with Roaming ... so i tried do downgrade with that thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1942836
in Step 14 i trying start downgrade mode in LG Flash tool but i listen only sound connect\disconnect and nothing anymore
Also i do that procedure for but with XBSA404.rar and fantastic i get back live my bricked phone , anyway i want do downgrade to 2.3.x , maybe someone know how to do that ??:angel::angel::angel::angel::angel:

Just dont pull the battery out, press vol up and connect usb. It should boot into s/w

Yes when i trying to do step 14 i don't see s/w and listen only sound connec/disconnect usb

and i trying to flash bootloader with BOOTV21E_AP.bin and LG FLASHTOOL but i trying so much time's but that variant don't help my , anytime i have korean s/w and i can't flash with normal download mode only omap4boot

I had the same problem , xbsall spent approximately 5 hours trying to fix it.
First with omapboot download mode we flash using lg flashtool around %28 it stops and restarts.
After that normally it should be able to go into the normal download mode but mine didn't , you hear the first connected sound and the second disconnected sound but not the third.
He couldn't fix it and he deduced i had hardware damage.
He also said my phone was unique because it was able to flash through COM5 instead of COM41.
Same thing could be happening to you...
It should go to service center , no way around... at least in my case , there wasn't.
I flash ICS it's fine , i flash v21e GB It's bricked.
He also gave me a few tips about not getting your warranty voided.
You should flash v21e go to them and say that it happened after a factory reset.
Also make sure you don't have a crack anywhere (excluding the back cover) on your phone.
They tend to void the warranty out of those unrelated and stupid things , you could get it back using world-class persuasion skills but why bother.

Samsung A51 Stuck in bootloop, help ASAP

Hello,
Recently ive tried to root my samsung galaxy a51 using this tutorial: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...1-sm-a515f-one-ui-3-0-dub1-android-11.4231543
everything went smoothly, however my finger has slipped from the volume up button at step 6. resulting in an endless bootloop.
ive tried to enter recovery mode, but theres no response, it flashes the logo for 1 second, a warning that says my bootloader is unlocked and that im using unofficial samsung software.
the only response i get from the phone is when i try to enter recovery mode while the phone is charging, i insert the charger, instantly press volume down and the power button and the charging circle appears, when i let go of the volume down and power button it once again starts going into the bootloop mode
ive tried plugging in my phone to my pc but theres no response
i dont believe that its hard bricked because of the charging circle that appears
any advice?

Let the battery die, and just try to boot to download mode at the instant when it is plugged into a charger.

Hey! I had the same exact issue and have figured a simple method to fix this. Just hold the power button+ the volume down button at the same time while having your phone plugged into any computer or a wall plug (computer recommended).
Once you do that you will notice the phone has shut down and gave you either a black screen or a charging logo, Both are good. Then wait for 1 second then hold down the power button + the volume up button and it should take you straight to the recovery mode options that might look like this.

Once you are there, Use the volume up to click reboot system now. However if you see different options it might be because you have another model of android, Older models etc... But if you don't see anything appear you might have corrupted your bootloader or recovery mode menu. I do not know how to fix the corruption but if none of these worked, Try again without a charger. Best of luck.

Unfortunately, this just happened to me too, also I followed the same thread as mentioned above, However I'm still able to get into twrp recovery after some tries. I will try to flash some ROM maybe it will fix it.
