Just get this phone 3 weeks ago and its awesome. Howevwr, there are two problems on my phone:
1. The screen will flashing when I turn on the automatic brightness.
2. The screen will light on itself without I touching the power???
I asked rogers and they said it is a software problem, but I really think its the hardware problem.....

So what can I do next? I brought it to Rogers store and they told me to call the customer service to ask for repair. The bad thing is that they said its the software problem, so I can't get the service. Wth..

Are you using latest update? The newest Rom already fix those issues.
I check the update and there is no.update for my phone.

Hey guys I just bought my sensation and I am more than pleased with it so far. It seems my phone has a little problem though. It will not vibrate no matter what. So do I have to take it back to the T-Mobile store I purchased the phone from or will any T-Mobile store do the exchange for me? Thanks

I'm having an issue with sound on my desire s. The sound just stops working after a small amount of time. There comes no sound from the speaker or headphones. No ringing also. The only thing working is call sound.
I have always to reboot the whole device to get sound working. This issue returns with every ROM I've used. Also it seems that Android versions aren't affecting it as well. Is there any solution to this problem?

The interesting part is, that even when no sound is coming from that speaker, if I get a call and turn on the speaker for that call it's working.

Seriously wtf guys. This is a brand new replacement phone I got a week ago. The phone just restarts and when it reboots it sends old text messages to my friends. It's beyond annoying and now I'm actually mad

I've only had this issue when I'm in an area with poor reception, the phone thinks it didn't send it in the first place so it sends again
Have you tried a third party messaging app and disabling the stock one to see if that's the issue?

This has to be an android thing, I got it on my captivate running jelly bean. I usually only had the issue when I did a dirty flash of a ROM. I haven't got it on my one x though. Using a third-party messaging app fixed it for me.

Ok so I called HTC because one s would not read SIM card I. Sent it to get it serviced then I just got it today but it's not the one I sent I had the s4 version and HTC sent me the s3 what should I do

Contact HTC and explain the situation and get them to send out the new one. They sent you the wrong product. Request they cross ship or allow you to use your current phone until you receive the correct product. It should be a big deal.
Well I am suck with an s3 now they said that they couldn fix the. Device and they had to replace it with the current one but I think its a rip off I all ready have a device with s3 chip

It rolls out in a very weird cycle. My phone updated shortly after it was released, but my wife's hox hasn't even gotten the 4.0.25 release. My galaxy tab just got it this week.

I didn't have an update while I was running a sense rom for the longest time. I recently switched to Xylon, and it was updated. I thought it was a tablet only update, but I guess it's widespread now. I switched back to sense for a few days, same rom as before, and it was updated.
