anyone tried yet to plug a beamer with a USB to VGA adapter? for pesentations e.g. i'm really excited about the TF101 but not sure if it may replace a netbook!
Instead of USB to VGA, your mini HDMI port (to VGA) will be more promising. I just ordered an adapter over eBay. I'll let you know when I eventually get it from China. I plan to teach with my Tf, by annotating PDF files using ezpdf reader.
Usb to vga adapters require to install drivers, and then all the work is on the cpu. A friend has one, and while he enjoys it for internet, after a quick test he can't even watch videos as it's too slow. This on a core duo 2.
Also as already said, the Transformer has a mini HDMI built in: while it's limited to the same resolution of the screen, it does work very well.

hi. im looking to buy a micro hdmi to vga adapter to connecto my tf300t to a vga projector. in ebay i found a miriad of them. some says they are tf200 compatible. and other say not compatible with tf300t. whats the difference betwen tf300t and tf300? which are the adapters that proved to work?
in advance thanks
Im not a programmer or anything but someone wrote an app called Real HDMI which unblocked the hdmi port on the Droid X. Could and hdmi driver be written into a rom and REAL HDMI be modified to work with the Galaxy Tab 2 to use the existing HDMI docks? Since both use TI chips it may be worth a shot?
Looking to buy HDMI output adapter for my K20 pro to play games on a bigger screen.has anyone bought one?also suggest a good one.
Thanks.
Not possible, phone has usb2.0 and no MHL.
I'm evalueting to buy a tablet eather for work and chill
I'm in search of only one "special" feature the MHL support aka usb to hdmi support for use it with old projectors and monitors who doesn't support mirroring
It is possible that almost every phone has this implementation but not so much tablets?
I' m watching to something similar to the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 for specs, price and accesories (pen and a proper keyboard)
Do you have any suggestion?
Thanks
