Hello Everyone!
I was wondering if the BeagleBoard xM was Auto-Crossover compatible or do I need a crossover cable? I am on my laptop running Ubuntu 12.04LTS and the BeagleBoard xM is running 11.10. Under the circumstances, I need to use WiFi from my laptop to crossover to the BeagleBoard xM.
Any advice to my current issue would be greatly appreciated.

Google TV runs on standard x86 architecture (Logitech Revue is an Atom CPU)
and as Revue firmware is available, I'd like to know if no one ever tried to hack this firmware to run it on a standard computer ?
I guess there's some security checks but XDA members are good at bypassing it
Also Android x86 could help, like chrooting the Revue file-system ?
The nVidia Shield is running Android in the background, so I tought it would be great to run it in on my Android.
Would it be possible to extract the nVidia App or Rom and run it on an Android (Nexus 5) phone than attach a bluetooth controller.
I know there's some alternative like Slashtop and etc. but its just remote stream and its pretty slow compare to the nVidia solution.
I didn't saw any thread about that.
Hi.
I'm just wondering if there is a ISO/Image i can use to make a Mini PC (Windows Based) into a android tv. The PC is more powerful and a bit better looking than the current Android TVs around so any help would be appreciated.
Any ideas to make this windows based PC into a working android tv?
Thanks

If one were to attempt to port Android Tv to a board like a Raspberry Pi or a Banana Pi, how would one do so? I have tried scouring the internet for methods, but only people trying to port Android to Tv's. Please leave as much detail as you can, and try and include sources if possible.
Hey guys
I have been looking into getting an android tv box and was wondering what do you suggest thats at least 2gb ram , gigabit Ethernet
1. Can the devices be rooted and can we install custom roms such as Cyanogenmod?
2. easily customization and tweakable?
I would either recommend getting the openelec box (the Wetec) It comes running openelec which is basically a Kodi OS. The other 2 good options are the Nvidia shield or build yourself a small htpc. Maybe use a nuc or raspberry pi type of board. http://webshop.openelec.tv/
