Best Video Chat App? - AT&T, Rogers HTC One X, Telstra One XL

I have been looking for a good video chat App, have tried Skype, but it's video quality is crap. Tried qik, and Tango, just wondering what some opinions might be.
What app do you prefer, and what app is available for all phones with a front facing camera, I have noticed some don't have gtalk with video, and/or allow it over 3g.

There's a gtalk enabler in the market that will allow video over 3g.
The highest quality, imo, and the most stable....is messenger from G+.

Go into messenger. (top left big G, messenger) then start a convo with whoever, and then click the video cam.

Thanks, seems like g+ has the best quality.
Tried tango, qik, gtalk, and Skype, all are below standard quality. So far g+ is nice if anyone knows of any other please let me kniw.

Maybe try Yahoo messenger.
Long live the One X

G+ is nicer, smoother, and more stable than all listed, included yahoo messenger. When on a data connection, it's by far the best one in my experience. To get any better, you'll have to switch to WiFi.

i have tango and it works like a charm -

Umm I think you are in the wrong forums. This is for the AT&T/Rogers One X not the International version. I think you are looking for these forums.

Anyone using a different videoplayer on the ONEx?
Noticing some choppy playback on the stock video player in the gallery.
Curious if I should start a separate thread.
Thanks!
Using AirCalc in combination with Notification Toggle. Comes in very handy.

For anyone using tasker, I was looking for some help with a profile since I just started using it. What I have currently: a home profile that controlls WiFi, screen brightness, sound levels etc based on cell towers. My problem: service is spotty. What I want: once WiFi is connected based off of the initial home profile (cell towers) I do not want it to turn off until it loses WiFi signal even if tasker cannot identify that I still at home. Any ideas, and thanks in advance.
Edit: solved and tasker is the best!!!

You guys should look up solid explorer. It's a file explorer with some cool options like dual panels and drag and drop support. It also has root access.

Sweet, great find. One less thing the Galaxy brings to the table. I came from an S2, so it was a rough choice for a while, it keeps getting to be an easier one for other people, with finds like this.

[Q] Browser App Defaults??

Has anyone else noticed that the stock browser seems to set itself as default for anything it can? If I click on a YouTube Link, it opens up in the browser by default instead of the YouTube app picking it up. I go into the Browser and Clear Defaults, but it doesn't make a difference.
Any ideas?
Go into you settings, then click app associations and choose you prefered default apps.
Sent from my HTC One X using xda premium
That's one annoying thing I notice. Not just with YouTube, but with maps and Google play links as well.
Sent from my HTC One X using xda premium
I have set defaults and I use chrome, and it uses that for all browser needs.
Sent from my HTC One X using xda premium
So basically I can't open YouTube links into the YouTube app?

This is due to the Apple law suit. Go read in the development section. You have to delete an HTC apps then clear defaults and you'll be able to select app associations beyond the options given.
This was actually the reason HOX got held up at customs last month.
Sent from my HTC One X using XDA Premium App
Here I found it.
Go to /system/app and rename HtcLinkifyDispatcher.apk to .bak or something. Reboot and goto app settings and clear defaults for the browser.
Next time you click YouTube or other apps it should ask you what you want to open it with.

Best camera apk for cm9

So I've been running cm9 for a day, and I hate the camera apk. Is there a way to use the sense 4.0 camera as a system apk with TB, or is there an app that utilizes the features like the sense camera does?

Worst phone you've owned and why? ...

HTC fuze. God, that thing was awful. I must have replaced it three times in the first two months of ownership. The hinge would never close properly. I got one with the paint chipping, new out of the box.
And the worst part was WM 6. Bazillion restarts day.
