Hello there Infuse community
Some may know me, others may not. I am Marcus, and I am currently starting a project on App reviews for the Infuse. How they run, are they worth it, how are the graphics, you know all that kinda stuff May seem stupid, may seem worthless. "Why cant we just look at the reviews when downloading the app?" Go ahead and do so, if you find that more convenient then that's great But this is a little project that I have been wanting to do to keep me busy.
What I am asking of you is simply this... Below in the posts, post what App you want me to review, an app you want to know more about. I will download it, give it the through and through and review it letting you know all you need to about it to see if it's something you might want.
So if you want to help in my little project, please go ahead and do so Also you can private message me anything else you want to know and such.

Anyone else having issues with XDA Premium? I paid for the app months ago and up til today its been fine. But after flashing uniporn build 40 it no longer says its purchased and that I have to repurchase it.

I was just having prob with last week...via any ROM on my Infuse...I would clear it out and log off and reboot...it was fc or just stalling....dont believe there was an update on the app ?!?
I dont think there was either. It might just be a bug hopefully they are working to fix it.

This is simply an introduction.
I've had my Galaxy S since May, yes first android, and XDA has been THE most visited/read site! (In all actuality this site is the reason that I still have my phone.)
I have learned so much that I feel indebted to this site and the developers that make this site what it is...

I have to say that this site along with my own experimenting has made me VERY familiar with odin. My phone performs so much better now because of the people here and there is always someone there ready to help when something does not go as planned. Thank you for this.

When i try to install app from market or sdcard to internal memory, after reboot the apps are gone.
Any ideas
i would download another rom that someone didnt just copy and throw up there. See the developer thread there are many good custom roms to choose from

I agree with that... team acid roms are nice
I've run through all of Team Revoutions posts, on other forums as well, and it seems to me that he doesn't offer Any support. He either doesn't know how, doesn't know what he's doing or just couldn't be bothered. I'd beware of flashing any of his roms. Just my humble opinion.

I second that. It does seem that he just grabs another devs work adds some "secret" tweaks and VERY proudly claims it as his own. Also seems that he used to go by fawkz and got into some heat under that name as well. Best bet would be to just leave his work alone. But this is also my opinion.

I do have to give him props for entrepreneurial thinking though... catch the unwary, make a few quick bucks with little effort....

My ROM is going to be called 10CHHAR.
You'll have to fill in your own tweaks before you can flash it. Very custom. No two should be alike and because you tweak it yourself your all the support you'll need!

I thought we might have had another dev too...
I tried to send "amy" a donation twice for helping me with bricks, Odin and mods. Both times "amy" refused to take my money. She had me donate it to our Devs. I'm not defending "her" just sharing MY experience with "her" regarding donations.
Lmao I don't want to believe anybody but this rom is certainly someone else's work and thats just wrong doing.

Yeah the infuses xda section is falling apart to be honest. I think that the moderator needs to completely wipe the Infuses section except for ROMS, modems, and other development tools. We need a fresh start at development. Does anyone elese agree? Or am I just ranting?

The infuse is falling apart, our development is ruined. We do have a few great devs, but not enough that can truly make this a good phone. New ports are coming everyday, but seems like people running the aosp roms (not me lol) seem to just want updates and updates only. Not to go hating on people, but please, please be nice and lets make this change!
It would be nice but I don't really see anything changing, too many new and better phones, it just seems the devs get bored quick and jump to the next best thing. Can't really blame them but it would be nice if the infuse could spake some more interest.

Man I just spent 1hr finding out how to port. I give it to the Devs boy its time consuming.
Which I had the time to cook in the kitchen.

Dude you should do it. Maybe you could just release it every 2 weeks or so and then if anyone gives you any bull or something then just ignore them. I Understand how jordan got mad and there were people giving him crap, but shutting it down is like killing off a lot of people who loved it lol (I never tried it). I think there should be a main post stickied saying read this, and saying how if there is any bull, it will not be tolerated and you will be ignored. Someone should seriously do that haha!
There needs to be a weekly or even monthly port and no comments. If you have questions GO TO THE Q AND A SECTION! That way we can still get our sweet sweet rom and the douche bags can go flame else where.

I think more of us would step in to help after seeing what happened last time. That being said, the age for getting smartphones is getting lower and lower. There are a lot of little ****s on xda now, so the devs have to have a bit thicker skin IMO.

Well, after hitting up phones today I found the balance was not reflecting on my personal phone...I called Google wallet support and they then transferred me to a bank. The banker had to look up my info and collaborate the balances together. I only said I had 3 phones because I thot 7 or 8 wasn't quite kosher. So, go make yourself a few bucks but I wouldn't tell them you have 20 phones or anything

Let him keep it secret but also let him know that repeating same thing in everypost wont help achieve what he is trying to. Also enlighten him about the existence of a report button, hit that button and that is how you let mods know. I was searching youtube though, wouldnt be surprised if he uploaded a video begging mods to close this thread. Nvm he is live on cnn hopefully mods hear him!

dsexton got a gs3, and will be getting another sgs4g soon.
We're looking to expand the devices teamacid roms can be ported to.
I'm getting a couple different devices (sk4g and fascinate, to add to my sgs4g and at&t note), and other teamacid members also have different devices (t989, and some htc phones).

Anything i can do for teamacid and the sgs4g community i will do im very excited about having the s3 and have already tweaked this baby out, i will be doing a lot of releases here soon including sgs4g releases, the sgs4g community will always be where my heart is NO HOMO haha
