You didn't specify from where you tried to download from in the first place, but anyway.

Contact the developer? or google for mirrors? We have no idea what device or rom you are referring to.
My bad! I was referring to the lupus GB kernel for neo v. Anyway i was informed that it was OK to download the quoted links further down in the thread. So problem solved
