Why there aren't any apps that can make your voice sound like Darth Vader for example, to make pranks over the phone with your friends.
I suppose the nowadays CPUs are powerful enough to do that in real time, i imagine simple modulation like pitching up the voice should need minimal CPU time anyway.
Are there OS restrictions or something else in the way of that?

I Have seen the "MyShifts" App in App Store (IOS Users).
I have tried to find one as equal or some similarity to Android phone..
couldn't find one.
so here I am asking you great people, if there is any app that is like My Shifts, or My Shifts itself for Android system?
If not, Will anyone have the guts to make one?

Rather than creating one single executable/apk which could be prohibitive in size, is there any issue about having multiple apps that are called in by the OS as needed?
Omg, Another low end phone user, I feel happier and more confident now.
You can try to install link2sd. With that app you can easily install large amount of apps, without running out of space. You have to create a second partition on your sd card, if you want to run the app.

Lets say i get a phone with a QVGA screen (320x240) and a slow CPU but with gingerbread running, can i install all the Gapps?
By google apps i mean all the apps on the play store that are released by google.
Or some of them require some higher resolution?

does anyone knowthe answer to this easy question?
I have a HTC Desire HD and am just thinking about rooting it. In the meantime, is there anyway of disabling the 'Locations' features because it keeps popping up and asking me to download all of the locations data.
If I do download it then the premium navigation app awakens and tells me I need a licence for it. It is so annoying. It even wakes the phone in the middle of the night so drains my battery all the time!!
