Initial version for now. Based on S5670XWKTI stock firmware with 80% feature of CM7 compiled from sources and the usual features, hacks, and mods you find on other ROMs. OP is still work in progress. Credits, change logs, and, screenshots will be updated.
Releasing just for initial feedback if somethings are not working. This has been tested on my Galaxy Mini, everything works except camera which needs to be tested on Fit.

If you will use this ROM as base (or any part of this ROM for that matter), please ask permission first and give credit where it's due. I've seen some parts of this ROM used on other forums without proper credit. I've done a lot of research figuring things out, so please do the same.

Outstanding issues:
-Force close on any web app when you click drop-down bars on websites.
-Lockscreen wallpapers does not work on Samsung lockscreen
-Custom wallpaper images are not cropped properly
NOTES:
-Reboot is normal on first boot (after install or data wipe). I've added a script that does this to fix some back-end issues
-Some settings are intentionally disabled for the meantime until I figure out how they work (see I'm doing my homework)

God of galaxy mini forum...came to.fit with a gift thanx parasmi...I always wished to have emanon on galaxy fit my cousin have mini so always I update his phone with your versions...and was always kinda of jealous and your latest version was with all (almost) settings of.cyanogen that really was despairing for me seeing his phone with all those mods finally I also can rejoice with emanon (no name) ROM on galaxy fit

restarts alot . When opening camera it restarts . Also alot of CM settings not intergrated yet. Seems that rom would be wonderful but waiting for final stable release

Maybe is because this isnt a cm9 port, is a AOSP port, is default ICS 4.0.3 experience like official ICS.

Bugs report :
1. Lockscren bug - when i press the lock the lcd dont turned off and it shows white screen only.
2. auto rotation bug - when u check the auto rotation it will go horizontal and accelerometer dont work but when u uncheck it it will go back to the normal display
3. Camera - force closes
4. Gallery - working but its too laggy
5. Brightness - not working even u select lower brightness it will stay at the higher brightness.
5. No baseband and all connections except usb.
6. battery shows 1% even it is 80%
7. notification bar is laggy when u pull it down.
8. Graphic Driver

cm pk is not present where? Beta 1? Yes there wont be thats why i'm asking yout o not to download beta 1 , wait for beta 1.1 already 17% uploaded (but who knows there can be upload failures , yesterday i faced upto 7 upload failures)

yes the boot animation will be creeds, but only that(this time there no chance for getting into creeds rom)
I'm stuck at the SGY GT-S5360 boot screen. Still waiting though.
was using Hybrid 4, installed via cwm it says installation complete... but after reboot its still Hybrid... now flashed using stock recovery, stuck at boot logo... wating..

i think there is something wrong in the installation script or whatsoever, im no developer but i noticed that the CM9 he ported is not sticking with the phone. It does not replace your current ROM even though it says success in installation.

- You can flash this over any ROM, you just need to wipe cache & dalvik cache before that.
- To avoid bugs just wipe the data partition as well / Factory Reset (But remember to backup via CWM before you do that.)

Just one thing.......its awesome......
scrolling is so nice.....

abt project butter...its hard to develop and requires sammy support...so nw u nly think..wat cld b done..!!

I dont know what to say. Bt thinking that we must join together and make a team like other made. Example: Team Force.

We'll need a RED camera for that which captures 1000s of frames per second.
On a serious note you could compare a device which has JB released for it by the manufacturer / has JB OOB side by side with our R.
Maybe that could give you a clue if Project butter is in action or not.
Google Now still not working???
And i found phone to be smooth,is there any substantial difference between project butter and our CM10??

@Adam: As for the camera, bluetooth etc features that are not working, how do you plan to get them working?. I mean do we have the required drivers to get these up and running? or do we have to rely on Sammy to release an official update?
The progress looks really promising. Project butter or not, CM10 is definitely going to be a much smoother experience overall as compared to ICS. Can someone confirm whether Google Now works in this alpha version?

Lol yes I can be good tester, since I am not into coding and all, I am structural engineer in totally different field.

Google Now is not working for me.But overall smoothness of the phone,awesome..Will update after i restore all my app and if smpothness stays tge same...

@droidster: drivers are available as we have official ICS.. but compiling and making work is bit tricky... for me Google now is working...

Hey guys! I finally have something worth sharing I think.
After reading A LOT about android development I ported MIUI, Lewa OS and some other roms to my beloved i9001
And I learned so many things that I thought it would be the time for a port that is actually usefull So I took the i9100 port of Flyme OS and here is my progress so far

It is still a bit buggy, but many things are working
flashing works as with any ICS rom
working:
boot
most of the settings
mobile connections
sms
phone
wlan (the settings dialog has some glitches but works)
sound
the fabulous launcher/ui, the great notification bar
bluetooth
storage
english language
display
lockscreen
hw acceleration
maybe more
not working:
browser (webview error, seems pretty common for custom roms. will be fixed soon. well it starts already)
network settings (3g works fine, so do calling and sms)
there are some graphical glitches, but only in some places
email (cant view emails due to webview error I think)
the resolution for the launcher doesnt work 100%

How "failed" is the resolution for the launcher?
Does deep sleep work (I understand if no one knows yet)
And how about camera? Is it working and does it use CM camera or Flyme OS camera app?
The rom is similar to miui isn t right? I d like to test it, when bugs will be adjoust i will use it!

I am actually sending this from my i9001 running this rom. No languages except english and chinese, sorry! I could make a template for swedish e.g. dont know if deepsleep works. Should.
I will send some screenshots when Im home. You can do everything except browsing and email because webview doesnt work. Whatsapp works, xda app too as you can see. No miui here, just flyme

only chinese languages and english.
in the launcher only the folders and the page indicators are positioned strange.
the camera is working and app is stock CM9. Testing deepsleep :good:
ps: it has the coolest lockscreen ever
edit: auto rotation is not working.

Oh and launcher works except folders are too small and the three points indicating the number of the screen are a few pixels off. Thats everything. Its also safe to try no dirty hacks, just cm9 with changed libs/apks etc.
