Than buy it. We, Members of XDA dont distrube Warez or similar things. Nobody here will gave you a link or download for the app. Read the Forum Rules, i think i'm right that you don't read them?

Can you tell me app by I can change internet access of 2g connection.like droidwall but it only for 3g and wifi.i have rooted phone......m from punjab(india) and 3g is not available here

You mean one that lets you PURCHASE and download the song?
Soundhound and Shazam both give you links to search for the song on YouTube and amazon mp3. Plus they work really well, I prefer Soundhound

Well there are Tutorials everywhere, there is a xda book in amazon, becoming a dev is all about reading and understanding, if you have spare time, you have more than enought resources to become one.
