Hey does anyone know how to get beats audio or a good eq working on CM9? I love DSP manager but it doesn't seem to be working in the nighties, Thanks everyone!

I am running Android Revolution HD 3.6.7 and I was wondering if it's possible to get Beats Audio working whilst listening to Spotify.
I dont see any Beats Audio notification when playing music so I assume that it's not working. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would recommend Volume+ from Android Market here.
I allows you to configure volumn, EQ, Bass Boost, Virtual Room, etc... on:
Headphones
Speaker
BlueTooth
...and this works for any app!

Ive been playing with ADWLauncher on my new Sensation XE with Beats Audio personalising the screens and making tabs etc....
But when i play music and plug the Beats Audio Headphones in I cant seem to get it to activate the Beats Audio. It works fine with the Stock HTC Sense but nothing on the ADW. Anyone got any ideas?

Ive managed to get the stock player working but there is no widget for it in ADWLauncher mode which is irritating as its quite handy.
If i use any other player with the ADWLauncher i can use the widgets but the Audio Beats doesnt activate.
So it looks like its either Audio Beats with stock player and no widget or non stock music player with no Audio Beats with working widget
Bummer!
If anyone has a solution it would be great

Is it possible to make beats audio run with winamp.i know it's possible to make a equalizer preset that's almost the same.but how about running it like with stock player.thanks

You can actually use Beats in PowerAmp now, I've been doing this for a while now with the latest version of it.
So I have unnamed, running antox rc3.test (no oc/UV)...the rom has dsp and beats music player built ib... but the music player seems to have its own native eq. Google music uses dsp.... now I have voodoo sound with the kernel. Which one should I use? Do they conflict with one another? Should I delete an unused one? So many choices! I would like to streamline and eliminate some redundancy.

They all work with eachother, personally i use voodoo for volume and dsp for bass and eq..although im running miui so theres an eq in the native musicplayer, it helps out other sounds on top of it

Really like it.
Beats audio decreases the volume a little but makes the beats very clear

I like Sony Xloud and Clear Audio+ .. Best music listening experience. U will listen to every minute musical instrument used in a song clean and crisp without headaches for long hrs. Whilst others i tried just boosts on bass.Equalizer settings remains the same inbuilt one but with Sony effects

buddy beats audio is best audio....install beats audio on ur canvas 2 it will work like a charm:good:

But before installing new mod make sure you uninstall the previous mods as it may cause conflict

Beats audio is not a player but just a sound configuration for the beats of phone. As long as its installed and activated it changes the beats. But where will u note the diffrence?
U will need a music player which is sensitive to even a small change in configuration.
Thats where walkmann comes in. It has tons of features and still is simple and is the best inbuilt player u can find.
Therefore 1st install walkmann then install beats audio becoz if u did it in reverse then xloud and clearaudio+ will be dominant over beats and u will get sony's beat configuration installed.
If u do it liike i say then u will get Sony's xloud and clearaudio+ with beats audio.
Thats the only thing i can say.
If u dont want walkmann then i must insist u to install apollo or poweramp music player. Poweramp is better though

i installed beats on my mobile after that power amp started behaving weirdly... it was not detecting any music file . then i installed beats V3 the after it music Fx got corrupted not both of my player Power amp and main player not working after installing again n again,
