--reboot into recovery
---format all partition (except SD card!!)
----wipe data factory reset
-----flash the rom*
----- Choose the mods if required
*follow the instruction if you have a 4g device
-Eat a donut of some variety - VERY IMPORTANT!

-wait few minutes after the first boot
-restore your apps (whatever u want)
-APPLY Skin from Personalize\Skin, to have a FULL experience.
-on the first charge, let the phone plugged till 0mA (use Current-widget or similar to monitor the mA values), reboot without unplug, wait the 0mA again, and when reached, unplug the phone. Your battery is now properly calibrated. Wait 1 or 2 drain cycle to see the very improvement (don't let the phone discharge itself till it turn it off, it's useless. Plug it when u reach 10 to 15% of battery left..it's enough.

This is a pretty straight forward port that is all stock. This Port runs Awesome.
Like always, remember it isn't my fault if you brick your phone. I have flashed this many times with no issues. This also has Virus Superwipe (Thanks Virus for your help) and cache/dalvik cache wipe included so you won't need to do anything besides back up apps with titanium first.

I ran in to an issue with the rosie. working out the kinks now. But all in all this is a very good ROM.
Hope to upload it tonight for everyone.

It's a lot smaller. It should be stable enough for a daily. I haven't had any issues with fc. A couple app issues but once we get a list I can dig in to them.

One thing that would be a good Idea: Remove the ICS Launcher and replace it with the Stock Launcher, then people can use LauncherPro or ADW with an ICS Theme, as the ICS Launcher takes up too much space due to the softbuttons in it.
The real AOSP ICS is designed to detect if there are hardware buttons present or not, and when they are, those softbuttons are not displayed. So, since our Desire has hardware buttons, the softbuttons should not be present
Also, since I doubt that the ICS Launcher is open source, you will most likely get intro trouble if the developer finds out (no, i'm not going to tell them).

Latest TWRP Recovery is needed to install OTA updates.

it will work only after a kernel update for now this build is using sense 5.5 kernel

great Rom I must concede run smoothly on my phone but had the following issues,fm radio not switching on and my phone reboot and stuck at HTC one screen when I mistakenly tap the media output until I switch it off & on,the problem persist again when I intentionally activate the media output. other than that it's smooth just like liberty sixth.thanks

after testing all features:
1. HTC MAIL app is crashing when trying to read mail.
2. BT is causing soft reboot (more like boot loop) when turned off after switched on.

The google drive link isn't working. Too many people have downloaded it. And every time I get to the download page it fails. Can anyone post up a mirror?
