Because now I have phone with DE and I don't have polish language, but morelocate2 isn't good like official polish language in settings
For Poland I have to choose Europe yes? will Polish languages be available?
You cant just flash it. You have to unlock Your cid first!

because this way http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1674202 needs root and unlock bootloader, but I wouldn't like to root my phone, do you know other way?

I got a problem. I want to install new English firmware for my Tytn II with France language.
I download the English firmware from www.asia.htc.com.
When I try to update, it's say this firmware isn't for my device.
That I want to ask, witch firmware that the same with asia version ?
Because at this forum, there are plenty of ROM's for tytn II. And I don't know witch ROM that look a like with the asia english firmware version.

You have to install hard spl, but please read xda wiki first, you may have some issues with whitescreen etc so read before you act or your kaiser might become a very expensive paperweight!

I want to know if it's possible to flash an European Ruu on htc sensation with installed Asian Ruu and also if it's possible to add italian language to the other sistem languages.

I have an unlocked, rooted, recovery(r2-modaco-recovery-clockwork-touch-ville), supercid (11...) and S-OFF HTC One S, the rom I trying to find is :
RUU_Ville_U_HTC_ISR_1.84.461.11_Radio_0. 17.31501S. 10_2_10.27.31501S.10L_release_266327_sig ned.exe
please correct me but that ruu is for israel market and therefore potentially has Arabic in it, I've tried the app MoreLocale 2 which completely changed the language to Arabic but it didn't add a HTC Sense Arabic keyboard, I tried this:
"enter on Settings and Apps and click on All and looking for Customization Settings Provider and press it Then press Force stop and after Disable then Return back and open the applications and looking for Setup and open it and Return to the list of languages you will see that the Arabic language within the language"
but couldn't find a "Customization Settings Provider", I know I can get a custom rom with Arabic but I prefer HTC sense Arabic keyboard feel, and since my phone is S-OFF I should be able to use the Israeli ruu.
Interesting fact is the two countries that had Arabic in app MoreLocale (local version info extracted from the stock rom) were Israel and Egypt, hence there potentially could be a second ruu out there with Arabic for HTC Ville S4, any info is appreciated.

Hello. Is czech language in some of the stock ROMs (probably EU ROM). I know how to flash ROMs but I want to be sure that the language is there. Thank you.
Czech language is only in gpe version

You pretty much have four options. Easiest first, hardest last:
1. Use Morelocale2 to set Czech locale. All apps will speak Czech, only system remains English. That should be enough even for a person that only knows how to say "hello" in English. No root needed and future updates will work.
2. There is a mod by @S0bes at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2602704 for stock 4.4.2 rom that adds more laguages, Czech included. You will need custom recovery, it only works for 4.4.2 and you will need to reflash stock every time you want to update the ROM.
3. Flash Cyanogen or any other custom ROM. All the positives and negatives of custom ROMs apply here.
4. Flash GPE. Likely the most hardcore of all four options.

Forgot to answer your quetion No, Czech is not in any of the stock roms, not even in the EU.
Phone is unlocked, but operator AT & T has excluded most languages. I want to sell it in Russia. So we have to somehow set the Russian language. The firmware of the Russian version of the phone is not suitable - they have SM-G920F. Please help extract of SM-G920F Russian language and add it to the SM-G920A.
You cant just flash another version on the G920A, it has a locked bootloader. Besides theres no working root for this device, so using apps like More Locale 2 is also likely to be out of the equation
