I am unable to see my SIM Contacts in it:crying:

I have found a dutch website where they talked about rooting the B5510 phone.
I followed the instructions and was able to root my 2.3.6 phone.

The root is possible by a software (and unroot too), but the question is, can we have a clockworkmod recovery to start the modding ?

Secondly (a tad off topic), I have a GT-B5510 on 2.3.6 , problem is, that since I bought the phone, theres an issue with the SD card unmounting itself for no reason at all. I searched a bit and found that this seems to be a universal problem?

I recently bricked it by installing a kernel for a similar device :s
my only hope is finding a custom or stock Kernel for GT-B5510 and flash it.

Anyway I can help? (as a non dev lol)
In my case, won't be long before I physicaly brick my phone. Too many annoying issues.
Might just send it back to Samsung, seeing as it's 2months old.

I've no idea mate
I'd suggest that if nobody is able to help you here, and your phone is insured, "accidentally" drop it in water or something. Because Samsung might not help you when they see you've been tinkering with it.

I have bought a new phone,it is a galaxy s4 mini so i don't have an ace plus anymore,and I will not do any thread or rom from now as i will delet my account and make a new one,by the way a moderator closed my custom rom thread (Jelly Plus Rom) but don't worry see links in my signature...
If someone needs support just PM me,and I will start from 0 to work on the s4 mini GT-I9190.

In that thread , the developer said there no bug found till final update. but i found some bugs on my phone, there are cant detect sdcard and whitescreen when i lock my phone. I cant reply to that thread because the rules, so i just can make thread in this Q&A. Please help me. Thanks before.
