i just flash AOKP build 39 but for some reason my BT and Wifi Hotspot don't turn on somebody with the same issue...

This is a fresh install, and it occurs on the newest (9/14) Paranoid Android.
Everything still works, calls, data, etc. but that is still quite worries me.
