Muahaha!!!!

Linaro build? Gonna test this.

Gonna try

Good to have another Sensation chef in the kitchen!

I don't know about this one... especially with all the typos.
Ok scratch that above.
Running it without any apps and gapps installed. Seems pretty much the same as other CM9 builds.
Feels smooth, web browser is smooth with scrolling as well. Gonna try it out and see how it goes.
Is it me, or is the status bar really small?

its you, this is the same build as cm9, it just only more cherry picked and you know!

I'm liking this man, restoring all my apps right now from Sense. I've used Sense for way too long. Gotta get away. This is a fantastic build.

can you share you source code fror "Enable TARGET_BOOTANIMATION_PRELOAD Allows the bootanimation to look smoother" ?

Ughhh, audio routing bug... This time outgoing calls come out from the speaker behind the phone. Anyway to get this fix from Vorbeth's OpenSensation build?

Savaged-Zen ROM
RC4

Thank you:
Anyone who has ever submitted code to AOSP development. Without you, projects like these would not be possible. (CyanogenMod, Evervolv, SalvageMod, etc)
Our dedicated testers: noahguz, cheflarry, minieod, jta462

If I forgot anyone for ANY reason, please kindly PM me and I will correct as needed! No need for flame wars.
Savaged-Zen ROM is an AOSP project based on Google's AOSP Gingerbread (Android 2.3.4). We have incorporated some popular tweaks from other AOSP ROMs, as well as added a bunch of our own.
The main focus on this, it to make a lightweight. FAST ROM that is specifically designed to work perfectly with our Kernel. Right now, we are tweaking the ROM and adding our own custom features that you won't find anywhere else.

The repo is ready to be worked on. It wont build yet because we have a few things from cm which are a little diffrent than stock Aosp. Once we get those gaps closed nightly builds will start rolling out to our donators as promised but if we built it right now the only thing you would get is a core Aosp Rom with our kernel

But still is it usable...
Cos most of the bugs seemed fixed...
Are there any major issues
The bugs u talking abt generally ppl release 2 and 3 versions of rom yet have more major bugs than what you have written

Umm, i think you are mistaken. MIUI is not based on CM7. It is a completely separate ROM, based on AOSP (Android Open Source Project).

i hate to say it, but you are wrong xD miui is based on cm7
Well, i call this rom stable as far that can make calls and dont get random boots/fcs
Now need to fix the current bugs, that are not that big, and then start tweaking
Also by request of many (one person) i might make the theme flash able separately, some people like it really stock
what about the boot animation ?
Love the both of them hard to choose!

wow man ur gr8 , long live brajesh
but 1 question :
whats the difference between port and build from source ??
cause on earlier CM9 builds,, AOKp was not booting when ported from other devices?
so kayant started building it from scratch
now this port , i assume that AOKp is finally booting with our JB tree normally ??
My opinion will be here

Main difference between port and source is with source you can always build the latest update as it comes out that's how a device can get offical support if the team decides to pick up the device or can be unofficially updated by the people who have ported the rom to their device. While with a port it's not always possible and also it can be difficult sometimes like you have seen brajesh.sharma87 and sesme talked about libandroid_runtime.so being the enemy that stops ports from booting
Source code = github work
Porting = rom zip copying of files
Both are equally difficult but working with source code requires a lot more time :cyclops:
wow.. look nice..
Any review on its stability and swiftness? I might try if its good.
Oh boy....can't wait for this......defy rules them all......variety in roms increasing day by day......cm7,9,10 paranoid(ICS and jb)miui, wiui, backtrack,Ubuntu, maybe win 95 in a few days, and now aokp(ICS and jb)!!!!!!!!....loving each n every one of them.....thnx a tonne...!!!!!!

ParanoidAndroid 3.00 for the HTC Explorer/pico
This is still JB 4.1.2, since we're still building PA with a CM base. PA's new AOSP 4.2 base appears to be on the same 'jellybean' branch, which is why (I'm assuming) the version still went up to 3.00. I didn't change this, it was built that way from PA source.
Disclaimer: I do not claim to be a developer... However, by READING, SEARCHING, and TRYING, I've learned some tricks of the trade. One of them has been building from source. All I am doing is putting a few pieces together to make it compile, all the hard work has been done by h8rift and mg2195. Their repos, hard work, and dedication build this ROM - all thanks/credit goes to them as well as the CM and the PA teams. . I test these builds on my own device before any release, but I do not claim it will work for everyone. ALWAYS have a nandroid in case of emergencies. I am NOT responsible for bricked devices or catastrophic failure Changelog and Screenshots live in the second post. .
What is it?
PER-APP-DPI/LAYOUT. This is not tablet mode! Hybrid engine allows you to target apps individually. You get to pick their actual layouts which can tranform content drastically. Keep in mind, this has nothing to do with build.prop hacks or DPI changes. We list all layouts an app brings, you choose one, its as easy as that. It does not matter if your device runs itself in Phone-, Phablet or Tablet-UI, your apps will always look as you like. On top of that you can scale apps, to fit your screen, that way you can even bring full fledged tablet apps and make them run perfectly. Nothing will break, nothing will shrink, your market will be fine. Additionally we have rewritten many parts of the android framework and fixed countless of AOSP bugs to make way for these modifications - our "tablet mode" runs better on a phone than on a real tablet, that is guaranteed.
PER-APP-COLOR Paranoidandroids newest invention. Define apps in your regular hybrid panel. See your phone fade into the color definition of your current app, press home or go elsewhere and it fades back. Create as many combinations you like, you can even dabble with opacity. This feature is made possible by our hybrid engine, which is unique to this rom.

UbuntuTouch

I have limited time but i want to do so much :3
Thanks for the new ROM!
Sorry for the n00b question but if everything is like Sultan's CM11, what's the advantage of using this?

It's not CM11, it shares the bugs and kernel config as i forked sultan's sources and adjusted them a little bit for omnirom
A few reasons this is (to my opinion) better than CM11:
- More buttons, everyone should like that :3
- Non-commericial
- and some more, just try it!

Thanks for the reply! Is it dependent on Sultan posting new updates? Or will you now be the errr...updater? LOL.
Again, sorry for n00b questions!
I'll definitely give it a go!
Oh hell yeeeeees! Finally looking forward to trying this.
Please please pleeeeease compile paranoid android 4 next, dying for the latest beta on the sensation!

PA4? I'll look into it tomorrow for you!, i might be faster than that unofficial support team
Yeah, finally, we got it: OmniROM!
Yay, new rom! Much appreciated man.
I'd also like to see some PA roms come to life
Looks worth a try.
Github sources synced with local sources.
Time to sleep
Thanks, you are awesome!
I would also like paranoid Android 4.0 for sensation. That would be amazing.

ParanoidAndroid will be great...
Hope this is an early build, had lot of bugs *Bluetooth pairing up but unable to receive files
*Apps not downloading from Google play
*Quick settings tiles are not responsive
*Screen of animations not working
*Downloaded file manager from browser as the build doesn't have one(Google play can't download it)but when I tried to open it from downloads it says unable to open,so this is the major bug currently I'm unable to browse my files in this build, the only way is to add a file manager in the ROM zip.
*But the rom is quite smooth good work.
*Thanx for your support hope you look after these bugs as this is just a first build, waiting to get this stable
