Hello today I flash my Neo on new firmware flash 2.3.3 (3.0.1.A.0.145) and trying to get root, but Ginger Break 1.2 is not working with this version of flash , how can I get root now?

Hello XDA comunity. I am a total noob with rooting flashing and stuff. So I want to go back to gingerbread from ICS on my Xperia Neo V. I bought it at January 13 2012......When it came out from the box it had 2.3.4 android. I don't know which firmare it was on it when it came out. So I want your help to give me a link the stock firmware for 2.3.4 to flash it. Thanks in advance

unlocked bootloader + rooted.
Questions:
1.Is there a step by step guide on how to install the ROM correctly?
2. Is there a required kernel or anything to make the ROM work properly on my device?

I have got Xperia SL LT26ii. I wanted to use Doomlord Easy Rooting Toolkit to root my device: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2366579
But in the 'Tested On' section: I saw that the firmware version is: 6.2.B.0.211
My firmware version is: 6.1.A.2.45
Would Easy Rooter work in my device without any problem?
