how in the world do I get this?
THANKS!

You need to install a recent EOS ROM. Its located in the EOS settings in it.

Quick launch applications are in the EOS Interface settings.

I have EOS 2.0
what!!

OK I looked alllll through my ROM EOS 2.0
I assume you guys are talking about a nightly???

In nightly builds,it exists. I am not sure about eos2.
But check:
Settings>EOS tab>interface>
In the right panel under status bar, check if you have quick launch actions.

I guess it doesn't have it

Flash a nightly then. You don't have to do a full wipe. Just caches.

The apps are Not currently running or recently opened, but simply shortcuts to launch your favourites....
On EOS 2.0.0, go to Settings / Interface and then in the Status Bar section, choose Quick Launch Actions and from here you can add an action and choose which of your installed apps you want to be on the status bar.
I am unsure if this will have changed in the nightly's since 2.0.0 but its definitely there in 2.0.0 for me....
EDIT - I knew I should have read the EOS threads in Dev beofre replying to this - Good to hear you got it sorted

yes but here are ones that will work on Glazed ICS:
enable:
emc2.webs.com/flashable/GlazedICSCircleBatteryMod_signed.zip
disable:
emc2.webs.com/flashable/DisableGlazedICSCircleBatteryMod_signed_signed.zip
it will also be under mod section of Glazed ICS Thread soon
It's nice. However it doesn't play with the theme, it reverts the look of the ROM back to original look with the battery icon changed to a circle MOD.

Hey everyone,
This is for all those who want the status bar in CM10.1 transparent.
Following some guides, I managed to make the status bar, semi-transparent for CM10.1.It works fine on erickas latest RC6 build.
Just flash the zip attached using CWM, make sure you take a NANDROID backup of your ROM, in case it doesn't work & you want to revert back
In case you want to restore the status bar to default, you may flash the STATUSBAR restore.zip
Changelog:
MOD updated for the RC6 build.
Tips: Flash the zip after clean install of ROM, inorder to avoid any conflicts.
Iam try...

So I tried to blacklist chrome from floating mode. Still opening in it. Kind of annoying now.
So I did some digging...
V39 chrome in beta had this issue.
And apparently made its way to stable build. Any ROM that supports floating windows is going to have this issue.
Two possible solutions:
Uninstall updates for chrome, or you reflashed the ROM like I did, just download Mozilla.

or
1) You must have Xposed installed
2) Install the XHaloFloatingWindow module
3) Activate it and reboot
4) When you re-open the module you'll have an option to select "Popup Behavior"
5) In Popup Behavior options, select Blacklist
6) Hit the + button at the top
7) Scroll through your apps and select Chrome
8) Hit the + button at the top again
