That kind of theme has already been ported by ronhoover in his 5 lockscreen mod.. But with different battery indicator.. A much better battery indicator..

Themes will come with time. The base is starting to slow down in regards to changes. Not worth theming when the framework is totally different next build. It will come soon

The themes likely will be in the ota, as the theme section in settings isn't functional just yet. Hopefully soon!
Redemption/Absolution/Melchizedek

Ras i was wondering if you plan to have more customization control like with redemption or is it basically wysiwyg? I liked being able to change how my notification toggle were words and i could show or hide them by tapping a button. Just wondering if i should expect something like that or keep an eye out for redemption updates.

I think what we have planned for Melchizedek is going to be leaner than Redemption. I'm sure we will add more features as time goes on. If you want to full boat of features, Redemption will be updated in the next day or two. Nice to have choices, I hope.

this one doesn't require any extra radio flashing does it? Also is it safe to flash after all the steps... as far as the kernel part... It mentions something about flashing someone elses kernel... Thanks and the pics look sick!! Cant wait till my phone gets here....

Shouldn't have to flash a radio, but you can look to see if a different one works better for you. And as to the kernel, only use the one in the rom.

Dude, please read the OP for the ROM.
"-Custom Camera Launcher that launches Angel Camera for stills and VideoCam Illusion for Videos
(You need a player like Rock Player Lite or MXPlayer to Play the Videos)"
Which means install Rock Player Lite or MXPlayer and your videos work.

I haven't tried this ROM yet but I bet the Walls are in the OTA (Over The Air). Look for Redemption Tools in Settings menu.

just one question... there is a way to put the statusbar of the Redemption on this rom?

Kimtyson is correct... Settings > OTA or settings > wallpaper > Collective Wallpaper

I think the toggles in the notificationbar are in Redemption better working.
Cause they are so small i can't touch them properly, and especially WIFI is annoying to enable/disable.
There is a big delay before it reacts on your touch, so many times I don't know if I selected it right, and start to hit it multiple times
The place they are now is good, but in Redemption the toggles are much bigger, and easier to select.

Agreed. I like the On/Off toggles much better, too. Just wish Mel had the same sort of notification bar toggles like Red. Other than that minor difference, Mel sounds like a great ROM!

I have problem with playing games, screen not responded.

Hey guys this is the first time I am releasing a theme for xperia play that doesnt mean I am new,I have released many themes for x10,during the make of this theme I kept in mind to make it light because xperia play mainly means only gaming to me and I thinK for everyone here also,Xperia s apps being huge ram eaters,are excluded,stock apps are themed to meet xperia s look,I have used many xperia s roms but gaming was not good than stock ,but I didnt liked the stock look so made a theme out of stock apps and framework,With this theme on my play not even a single game lagged till now.
I would prefer stock over any custom rom because it gave me best battery life and gaming performance.

no extra ram usage coz all apps are stock,i made it keeping gaming part in mind,you can see in the screenshots itself i have a huge ram besides screenshot app eating lot of ram

i havent used any tweaks,without tweaks its running so smooth so not any need of adding tweaks,i have just removed all ram eating system apps and their necessary dalvik cache removed ,on 2.3.2 i was getting free ram even more than 300 mb just following the same steps.thanks

working flawlessly on 2.3.4, great job keep up the good work ,I uninstalled v6 and my free ram went up to 275 mbs free but the phone felt a little sluggish now and then so I installed v6 and its running great with this theme , thank you for a good light theme

Just to let everyone know. It does not work on Verizon CDMA 2.3.3
It boots but does not show the homescreen, it then just continues to boot over and over. I knew it wouldnt work but thought I would give it a try. Still though thanks to the OP for making this.

First: Great Rom, definetly one of the fastest cm7 based roms I've used so far (since I'm not sitting here with a stop-watch in my hands, I just say "one of the fastest" )
One problem occured for me with Holo Locker and the SimLock:
After a reboot, there is hardly no time (2 seconds or so) to type in the Sim-Code, before the newly started Holo-Locker blocks the screen. The Problem with that: After unlocking the Holo-Locker, I couldn't reurn to the SimLock-mask, which was put in the background.
Since i don't want to deactivate SimLock, I deactivated the Holo-Locker - but i think in some other Rom that uses the HoloLocker I didn't have the same problem

Guys check the new version...and please someone give me screens...I have some most imp data in my phone memory right now wich i cant wipe or move to sd card...so plz cooperate....Thank you...

Bugs: At the first time you change the theme your status bar will be all black ( u can see this bug on some of the ss ) and u will need to reboot ( this will happened sometimes when u boot up ur phone unfortunately D: ) , the icons of the statusbar like jellyeban is a litlle bit smaller than normal, i guess it would be like new the statusbar withouth the brightness control from new experience rom in gsm forum and the Quickpic app is not working so i am unable to change the wallpaper ( i hate quickpic in all aspects :silly: ), the clear button is not resized ( see the screenshot ) , and i am unable to download any app from market, i get the message that the device memory is full...
All the rest is working perfect, has some nice features, only need to fixes some bugs, the rom is very smooth and it's by far better than the normal cm7, but still cant compete with cyanmobile and jana ( my personal point of view bro ). I guess next release you can make based on cyanmobile ( but add your tweaks and fixes, you have a lot of potential, impressioned with the fluid of this rom, transitions are pretty fast ).

Haha easily missed, Google done a sly play store update a couple of hours ago. - Although it seems nice, manual exposure etc added, new blur effect etc.

The only issue I had after flashing the Rom, I lost root access.

You have to enable it in Developer settings.

TBH I didn't. Lol But it don't matter cause I've been testing other Roms. I had a bad case of ORD. :laugh: Anyway I've restored my CWM. Might come back to this Rom later.

Hey Guys, just wanna say the Nightly 05.11 is running pretty fine here on my side > Great work!
The only Rom where i never have to use Xblast or Gravity to make it fit my needs!
BTW: Gummy was my very first Android Custom i've flashed some days ago on my old RazR and it's always an pleasure to come back to Kejar / Apascual89 's (and supporters) work, so keep it up.
