[APP] Gaze - Looking for beta testers around the world

Hello,
I'd like to present you an early beta of my app, which aim to help people sharing photos anonymously.
With so many android devices around the world, if only a fraction of them would take a pic, we could get an exciting stream of photo.

The app is aim to be as simple and as fast as possible:
-in portrait you can browse photos.
-in landscape you can take pictures.

well I haven't had the chance to try 'Color' so I can't tell =)

How long should it take to upload & show in the app? Just tried a snap about 5min ago?

it should take just a few seconds
(remember you need to click on the capture screen to actually take the picture, and then validate the confirmation popup)

Good luck. You should get an "upload ok" message if the upload succeeded though

I must have missed this last time; I get "upload failed: null"?

This is a bug then.
Try this: go in google maps or navigation to initialize your location.
And then come back and try to upload a pic again.
I know that sounds weird but it might help me actually =) thanks

Yes I was. Though I've just had a successful upload. It may have been my install as I just ran fix permissions, reboot & it worked!

but in fact this one give you more sensitive feeling and more comfortable.
you will love to use it just like i do.

you can easy to fix photo to "LIMO","red eyes"and lots of function.

final，i think the system is stable, As you see in video. it is running smooth.
and no bugs in system. i think the only thing they need to work is the some detail.

Hi XDA! You might have seen my previous app, PulseFlash which was made in the process of learning Android app development. This is once again made for the same reason.
This tiny Compass app was made Graphics Designer new to the app development scene, thus it is very clean. I've utilized most of Android's framework, making this app fit right in!
This app doesn't need any permissions from Android. The hardware used is sensors already available.
jfeinstein10 for his amazing SlidingMenu library.
A lot of folks over at Stackoverflow.
@SpaceCaker who is my personal Android Wikipedia, didn't help me in this case, but awesome guy anyway.
The main source code is available at my Github, I did not share the graphics, nor styling files. Feel free to use the code, but please do not recreate my app, or something very similar and then share it publicly.

Not yet no. I am not capable to pay the Google Developer fee yet.

I'm having a question. You're using TYPE_ORIENTATION for the sensor. Isn't this deprecated since API Level 6?

But I found that when I use a workaround I end up needing more permissions which I don't want to do. Anyhow thanks for the heads up!

Remote control and *view* your phone camera with Android Wear

Just wrote an Android Wear app to remote control *and view* your cell phone camera live. I have a series of other hacks I plan to do in the near future but here's a start. Open source too so hope people can help contribute and make it better! Welcome feedback, pull requests, suggestions.

Totally awesome app!

I've made a bunch of updates to Wear Camera Remote since the first release now. I've added basic support for turning the flash on/off and switching between front/rear camera. But I'm doing it differently than all those paid apps (e.g. Pixtocam) in that I want the UI to blend in well with Google's UI. Also small buttons on a smartwatch is awful to use.
More features to come in the future when I get time, stay tuned. Or if someone wants to help extend this vision, it *is* an open source GPL project.

Can you consider for the next version to be able to disable the screen on the phone ?

It's this for nexus devices only or all phones? It doesn't seem to work on my LG G3.

Not working on my HTC One either. The only app that's given me phone->watch video is LookBehind but it cost like $2. In any event, people are blown away by this James Bond-esque feature

Cool concept! Really loved it but then i have a small issue that when a image is selected, the image is kinda zoomed or focused right to the center of the image! Can you incorporate a cropping of the selected image feature!

Hi @donniemceduns, I really love this app. But.....is this devolopment stopped ? I hope it's not. :fingers-crossed:
Anyway, I just noticed something, some of the emoji & stickers are blur, some are crystal clear. Could you please fix it so that all the emojis & icons are crystal clear just like HD.
For example: ( these are the clear ones )
And these are the blur ones.
Last but not least, can I have a suggestion ? I think you and your team should make a "resize & move & rotate" feature to this app when we are picking our photo. This is because I used to pick photo from my gallery, but every time my photo didn't insert in correctly, sometimes it's too big for it, and sometimes it's placed horizontally which means I can't rotate it. Hence, I can't use this app to edit my photo.
Hope that you look into my suggestion and comments. Really appreciate you work. Looking forward to your updates. Thank you.
