Someone please a little help....
I have a nexus s and cant seem to root it. Also just signed on with petro-can mobility and still cant seem to get the h+ network. Ive gone through apn setup, still nothing.
Did u try SuperOneClick?

Hey guys & gals. I hope someone can help me... I have a samsung galaxy s 4g locked onto tmo service. Can someone please help me root and unlock my phone? Ive been searching for super oneclick and I cant find a link to one that will work on froyo. Please send me a link instructions anything that can help.... THANKS!!!

Considering I'm completely new to this I dont know what you are asking or if this root/unlock situation will be a bust. From what I gather from this site it seems pretty easy. I know that I am running the stock os on my phone though. Ive downloaded busybox and Samsung Galaxy unlock as well. Are they good apps? Also do I need any drivers? Where do I look in the info you sent me for the link (sorry if it seems like I'm asking dumb questions)

All you have to do my friend is refer to the bible in the dev section.

That's all you need to know. Once you finish reading the bible, you'll be able to do all that stuff blindfolded.
If you have trouble with your drivers you can download Kies Mini off of Samsungs site and Kies will install the right drivers for your phone.

You should be able to follow the instructions here. Unfortunately, I am unable to post outside links since I don't have 10 posts yet. Ironically, I came here to try to hit my 10 posts so I can eventually post in the dev forum.
Be sure to replace DOT with a .

Did you try one click root software ? It is the easiest way to root.
You can check on youtube there is plenty of videos showing how to do, I cannot post any external link as I didn't reach 10 posts yet.
Also it might be better to check directly on the good section as this is a very specific question.

im looking at a video about auto rooting. will that work? and sorry about that man. still new to this site. will rooting delete anything from my phone?
So i have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 and out of the blue a lot of files are missing. Ive been searching the forums for a solution but so far the few solutions ive found dont work and the ones that might work i have to pay for which i dont wanna do because i have the feeling ill use the program once and never again.I was wondering if anyone knows of a free program or some other type of way.

so I've been trying almost everything i could possibly find for last 6 hours but almost all one click rooting services just fail and im just having a frustrating time... if anyone could send me to the proper thread or give me a little guide it would be very much appreciated!

Also if you want root i suggest you to directly flash a customized Xperia ROM with most of the features from Stock ROM included

i read it all over and i have model c6616 which i should have mentioned and a locked bootloader... so i still need help, that thread was for c6602. Sorry its my fault for not being exact enough "I'm new to editing my phone and even knowing the specs of it"
