Hello,
As the description says.. anyone know this problem?
Im rooted and on arhd
If i deleete some apps the problem is still here. I can download from market with no problem
This is an issue with /data or /datadata I think...
There are some threads on xda that point to the partition because the wrong size/file system and tells the os it is out of space.
Don't confuse the internal data partition where apps typically install with the space on the internal sd card (where you indicated you have 10GB of space).
The internal sd card of the tf is divided into partitions that determine all the space/permissions and what not.
As an immediate fix, try uninstalling apps you don't use at all and move apps that don't require internal storage to the SD card. This should alleviate for the time being while you narrow down the issue.
Hey, I upgraded to a cheap android but it has very little internal memory, it can barely handle its own updates let alone the apps. I have rooted it and installed link2sd to put almost every app on the sd card, but that doesnt help. I also set the stock install location to the sd card. the data is still stuck on the internal and causing a low space error
Phone is a kyocera milano
problem Not enough internal space(would like to link internal to external?)
Internal memory doesn't get free even after using link2sd.
I have created ext partition and created scripts also.
Storage info shows ext2 partition shows 400+ MB free.
How to resolve?

Use mounts2sd mate..
Link2sd will link your apps to ext partition but it will not show in settings-apps section.. if you want to increase your memory means if you go in settings-apps you will see your partition size ex if your partition in 1gb then it will show 1gb in apps.. For this you have to use int2ext..
Hi folks
I'm trying to install a big app (in this case, Hearthstone), and it will install fine to my phone memory now that I've merged the /storage/sdcard1 partition with /data - but then I end up with about 100MB free and keep hitting "insufficient disk space" problems again.
I would like to install Hearthstone to the SD card instead.
When I move the app to SD card and run it (as Blizzard recommends), it tries to uncompress itself to /storage/sdcard1 (AKA "External SD) which is the 210MB partition left over when you merge the 1.2GB with the internal device memory. It always runs out of space and throws an error on the installation. I have a fully available external 32GB SD card with about 6GB free - /storage/sdcard0.
Is there a way to force the app to uncompress to /storage/sdcard0 instead of /storage/sdcard1 ?
