Did you update it or allow any HTC updates? if so looks like your only option is to re-flash a custom ROM. It happened to me. I always ignore those stupid HTC updates weather they are via Zune or Market place on the phone.

Only Windows Phones or the HD2. Plus, Windows Phone isn't open sourced so it would be illegal and the developer might get a C&D order.

No, windows is a closed source project. You can try launcher8 from the play store if you want a windows feeling to your phone though...
