For the first view it's working fine.

EDIT: One little thing I noticed:
The background of some dialogs is a bit too dark. For example the dialog to change CPU-Governor in VoltageControl. It's black text on dark-grey background. Would be nice to have this a little brighter.

Could the OP (or someone else) post some pictures of the theme ?

I hope so I think it'S based of either eybees Stock-Theme or eybees Rocket-Theme. But I don't really know. Any idea how to test this?

yes it does... it has all original apk's from Rocket v17, I have modded the png's only.
Version 1.1 is coming out soon with more of ICS look'n'feel.

Most of the third party launchers are laggy on note, the one which comes close to touchwiz's performance is ADW Launcher Ex with ICS theme...

No, I did not. Sorry for confusion.
Could be possible that all is in place with LA3.
But maybe eybee changed something in the framework?
So I would say it would be a good idea to use the new v18 as starting-point for theming.

wow! great work. i love rocket rom but to be really honest didn't really like the network/battery etc. icons or the 'galaxy note' writing on the drop down handle. btw, could u plz consider adding simple ics animation to the theme too?

I have tried to flash this version over rocket v18 and everything seemed to be fine. That is until I've plugged the USB cable to copy over some files. A "There is a problem with your USB storage" message greeted me and had no idea how to deal with it so back to avetny's faklag rom with ICS theme.

@ All you can use it on latest Insert Coin 4.4.3 (so also for base 3.24). All is working fine, I mixed it with Shinzlons V6 theme (took status bar and browser to make it full aosp like)
So far, you can Flah Zip and apk without any risks.

Installation UNIVERSAL PACKAGES (VRTheme) :
Before I start, I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest thanks to following guys who made this possible: PULSER, SESHMARU. DOCTORCETE and MATRIAK31
Requirements:
- U need rom without any themes or mods install, otherwise u will end up in bootloop
- Don't flash it even over my CWM packages, bootloop
- Make a backup just in case before flashing
- If u are installing mods from 2nd post, use only with name UNIVERSAL. CWM packages over universal theme will take u to bootloop again
- Uninstall JKAY deluxe settings app (when u flash theme, latest version will be installed)
- If u have any other mods (like phone with no inc. record.full pic), remove it. U will install it latter
- REMOVE ALL MODs PLEASE. U WILL INSTALL THEM ALL, LATTER
- if u have older version of JKAY APP (JkayDeluxeSettings), please uninstall
- Patience, installation is just little bit longer
-If u still got bootloops, but ur buttons are litenin, take out battery, put it back, power ur phone. Now u should not have any more bootloops and ur theme will be installed correctly
- Download the UNIVERSAL.ZIP file from the download section below and DO NOT unzip it
- Copy the UNIVERSAL.ZIP file to your INTERNAL SD card
- Boot your phone into CWM (hold Vol Up, Home & Power Button)
- Wipe cache
- Wipe dalvik cache
- Select 'Install ZIP from SD Card'
- Select 'Choose Zip from SD Card'

So I picked moods here and there to an attempt to bring GB the visual perfection that it deserves ! GB is a strong OS and is perfect for the Xplay ,
we already had perfection but we didn't pay attention to it !

around 90 mo with a lot of other apps, but you must know that if the ROM and kernel are optimized, then the less free RAM you have the best performance you get, thanks to zram and dixperia2 tweeks, I have the snappier experience ever :good:

yes the percentages changes by a rate of 5% ! adding a png for every single 1% in the framework is just a wast of space and RAM (in my concerne at least )

Well I guess I love colors but giving color to settings and toogles helps differentiating them quickly I think

It should work normally but make a nandroid just in case, you could also make a flashable zip containing just the stock files that my zip replace
for your own sake I recommend you to install Dixperia2 ROM, it's fast and sleek

Just curious, which firmware or rom framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk that u use as base to mod this theme?? So i'll know on which rom to install it n not mess up my phone.

I'm on Dixperia2 ROM and should work on stock too and it's not a theme , it's just a bunch of flashable goodies collected by me

[MOD][Theme] Dark Sense Style / 2 versions: a) Theme inc. AllianceMod / b) Theme only

I made a Theme out of several I found around xda and other Forums. No single icon was made by myself - this Theme is completely kanged with permission of the main producers of the icons I used.
IMPORTANT: Do not ask me for any changes to make!!! I am not a themer and I like the theme as is!!! Maybe I will do changes, but don't request them!!!

I made 2 versions:
Dark Sense Style incl AllianceMod (thx to Robbie Hood for his brilliant work!!!)

Dark Sense Style Theme only
Prerequisites:
Theme will ONLY FULLY work on following XXLSZ Custom ROMs:
+ [ROM] [JB] [4.1.2] Stock deodexed and rooted XXLSZ / add. Mod available!! [2/21/2013]
+ [ROM][4.1.2 JB]Ultimate N7000 XXLSZ JellyBean 4.1.2 v5.2 | ONLINE | 23/02/2013

--> for these ROMs there won't be any issues, cause they use the same file structure - maybe I will do the theme for other ROMs to, but not sure now - if you use AllianceROM, DO NOT FLASH Theme a) --> ask Robbie to integrate the theme only version in his OTA options!
Installation Instructions and Downloads:
IMPORTANT: Make a nandroid backup before!!! You might not like the theme and and can easily restore your previous ROM!!!
a) Dark Sense Style Theme incl. AllianceMOD
put DarkSenseStyle+AllianceMod_v1.zip on your SD-Card
boot in CWM Recovery
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Flash DarkSenseStyle+AllianceMod_v1.zip (this takes up to 15 minutes!!!)
reboot
go to Settings - Alliance Mod - Custom settings - UI Mods - Clock Options
open 'Statusbar Clock Color' and change color to #ffffffff
open 'Dropdown Clock Color' and change color to #ffffffff
open 'Dropdown Date Color' and change color to #ffffffff
go to Settings - Alliance Mod - Custom settings - UI Mods - Statusbar Options
open 'Statusbar Color' and change color to #ff000000
open 'Notification Panel Color' and change color to #ff000000
open 'Wifi Icon Color' and change color to #ffffffff
open 'Signal Icon Color' and change color to #ffffffff
go to Settings - Alliance Mod - Custom settings - UI Mods - Statusbar Options - Battery Options
open Battery Icon Color and change color to #ffffffff
open 'Select Battery' and choose 'Icon'
IMPORTANT: NOW reboot once more to make the changes effective!!!

Eybee just a random question.
If you press from tw menu set wallpaper and you choose lockscreen you get a selection that makes to me no sense. It looks like the old moving selection on ics wallpaper for the homepage. Could they have messed the selection paterns?

you mean to MiniDarkTheme from trinev? This one is corrected, all other links should work

themes like these make your time on 320 dpi worth while...like walking into a museum !
i like the black flashbar but its just half way down ( maybe coz I ve been trotting between different UIs ?

which version you flashed? With AllianceMOD? Then you have to change colors as described in OP....
if you flashed Theme only version, it depends, which theme you installed before...statusbar colors are inside xmls in SystemUI.apk and I did not touch any xmls...so best then flash DarkTheme from trinev first and then this Theme again...then everything will be black

eybee, I flashed the theme with Alliance. I didnt have any other theme before this. I followed all the instructions in OP. Except for the flashbar which is shortened to half its length everything is perfect .

You are not on 320 dpi...at least not with every app...

Eybee sorry for spamming but got another thing.
The dark theme only it gives battery and clock on the right as is it showing on last pic of post 1.
Even I flashed last file the battery icon and clock stays the same. To get the icon that are posted on post#2 pics is required to flash alliance pack?
Wiped dalvic every time. Tried twice with same result.
The rest is awsome btw nice work.
Ahh before flashing mod for the 1% had a nice battery icon (see pic). Was it a random because it wasent working normaly?
