I do believe after posting his thread count and member time (17 days and 87 threads) I have helped get him banned.
Also he was asking about HTC amaze root (as he had just bought one, doubt it) then sensation root, then HTC One root as he also apparently just bought one, it only takes 10 mins to read the rules, not even that if your an average reader.

Don't know if any have tried it, but it works on cm7. You can't search for other artists (apparently, when google found out about the leak, they shut down the servers..(for both down load and streaming).
But the app by itself is nifty enough to make me want to use it instead if the native music app. It has a nice iphone-like flow-search (or whatever that's called).
Check out my screen shots below. I dont have much music on my phone now (so no cracks about the sound of music track I have in there), but you can get an ideas of what it looks like.
I would upload it for you guys, but I don't know where it is on my phone. I installed it, and then opened it immediately. When I tried looking around on the SDcard, I couldn't find it anywhere.
But just search here in xda under "honeycomb music app leaked" or similar.
Edit : I don't think it works in Froyo.
Edit: anyone know why these screen shots are blurry? they look fine in my gallery....??? [when I try to upload them to this thread, tapatalk takes over--(which I presume is the xda app), so I think something is getting screwed up st that point.. And I am not near a working computer at the moment

Then how come its not used in any roms? Or at least more frequently used. I have been playing with it for 2 days, and it is a fast nicer music app them the old one.
How long ago was this originally leaked? From everything I have read (which could be wrong I guess), this music app is for honeycomb and is going to be part of google's anticipated entry into music to compete with the iPhone/iPod. It can't be that old.

I have no idea how to download this. Lol, Chrome doesn't translate everything. I successfully registered to the site, but I still have trouble trying to get the download. Clicked the "obvious" download link as well as damn near everything else on the page. Anyone out there that can mirror this?

Again, without a real GB kernel source (2.6.35+), if this gets "ported", it would be just like all the crappy "ports" of Sense 2.1 where you would have strange/weird bugs, random FCs / crashes, things don't work right etc etc etc....
I am not looking forward to any port of this anytime soon with an associated kernel source....

I've tried all the ICS roms I could get my hands on and none of them have camcorder working. Rather than spam each topic with camcorder question I thought I'd post here. So... is it just me or does it do that for everyone? Every application that tries to use camcorder (camcorder, skype, vtalk) crashes

try videocam illusion from the market, it works just fine for me on HFS 1.6.

please read the First post in each ROM fully before flashing it. this is a know issue with ALL ICS roms on the G2X. (also dont be afraid to search the threads, or even the entire sub-forums, before posting)
there are small work arounds that you can use, look through/search the ICS threads for some of them (i dont use/watch video on my phone so i dont know)
however, video chatting applications are not going to work for the time being.

I am using Slim rom..if you are saying that autorotation is detected and changes in 10 miliseconds i can tell you that does not happen (at least with this rom)
On GB the autorotation was instantaneous
Google said this was to make sure the rotation was intended and not accidental. Been there. Done that. Some ROMs allow it to be changed, as in previous posts. Is a fraction of a second really that big of a deal?

how do I know when someone replies to MY POST? because it gets hard to keep track... if I leave for a day, come back and see some 10 posts after my post, I'll have to go through them searching if someone wants to talk(i.e someone quoted me)

From what I know, when someone hits the Reply button to your post, the only action that takes place is that your post is included in their reply as a quote. That's it. It does not notify you about it, since there's no code for that.
Use xda premium app..it updates u everytime u get a reply..just subscribe to the topic and set notification interval

In the upper right corner you have notifications. When you click on them, there is a "post quotes" option. There you can see it.
