Hi
After searching a lot, the only results I got were playing audio via a Bluetooth headset.
However what I'm looking for is an app/way to play audio on my laptop via Bluetooth. I know it must be possible since a Symbian can do it.
Any ideas?

Hi guys
I've not used a bluetooth headset with my MDAIII before so please excuse a few simple questions!
I have a motorbike and use Autocom to commect to my phone, mp3 player, radio etc etc. Trouble is - lots of wires!
My question:
Can I use the MDAIII & bluetooth headset not only for the phone function but to listen to media player or listen to a film etc etc, or is it exclusively for the phone?
Regrads
John
The guys here are desperately trying to find ways to make that happen. Unfortunately, no news yet.
as far as i read then you can install vidcomm bluetooth stack and get the music part working but then it will not work as phone headset
or you can stick with the normal stack and only use it for phone headset
i just use this

then i can do both
and ditch the dongle if
anybody else solve the issue
I know its possible to send audio from an Android phone via bluetooth to a PC using the a2dp profile. But I want to do it the other way. Connect the phone to my amplifier and send audio via bluetooth a2dp from my laptop.
I've searched but not found. Anyone know it it's possible?
I recently purchased a Bluetooth stereo headset to listen to music/podcasts on my Captivate.
Jabra HALO Bluetooth Stereo Headset (sorry can't post links yet, but it is easily found via google search)
It works well except the phone won't always send the audio to the headset. Works fine for phone calls etc. But when I use pandora, acast etc.. the audio sometimes won't go to the headset. It is paired properly etc...
Is there some setting I am missing? i have searched other similar threads, but they seem stale and are for other phones.
The headset works fine with my laptop.
Thanks.

You need to have a froyo rom and get Super BT Mono for Froyo from market. I use the app and can listen to anything from my phone through my cheap bt.
When I am connected to my car stereo with Bluetooth and play a video through Internet Explorer, the sound is coming through my phone's speakers, and not the car stereo.
When I play music, it goes through the car stereo with no issues.
I am using an LG Quantum and I have received the official Mango update. My car stereo is a Pioneer 7000BT.
Is there a setting that will make the sound from video played through IE go through a bluetooth headset?
I have searched all the windows 7 forums and have not found this question.
Things searched for: A2DP Video, Bluetooth video, Sound Video, and probably a few other things.
I thought I had read, a few weeks ago, that this was a problem, but Mango would fix it. No idea where I read that though.
I have found this link which indicates that it is a real problem, but I have not seen a solution anywhere.

Hi there, I was previously able of routing ALL Android sounds to my mono Bluetooth headset on my previous Android devices with this free app (Mono Bluetooth router https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maxistar.monobluetoothfree) but it no longer works with my new Nexus 5. Most of the sounds are going through just fine (TuneIn radio, GPS navigation, Flash videos, etc) but NOT MP3/M4A and I tried using both the default Google Play Music app and ES media player app for example. For some reasons, anything that has to do with MP3/M4A won't go through, would someone know why this is happening? Any fix/suggestions/app to try?
Thank you all for your time and support,
