My Atrix 2 will not boot at all. Backed up my files using clockwork mod. Once the back up was completed my phone shut down and the white led came on while it was on the charge. Removed charger and the battery and reinstalled the battery, no change. I'm about to try it on the wall charger and see if there is a change with that. If you have any suggestions, let me know. Thanks
UPDATE:
Connected to wall charger, battery sign came on. Possibly just ran the battery down while doing the back up and the PC was not enough to hold the charge while backing up.

probably. when the battery is completely killed, the PC often won't charge it. It can only give 500mA while the wall charger give 1A or more
Yeah its working now. Battery ended up draining completely while on PC

This morning i woke up and found out that my g2x is off. I tried to pull the battery out, plug it back in, put in the charger but nothing happened. What should i do now ?
Try a different outlet or maybe a computer, let it sit a bit then turn it on. If that doesn't work do you know anyone else with the same exact battery? Doesn't have the be the same phone just the same battery, make sure the power readings on the battery label are the same. Put yours in their phone and theirs in yours to see if the issue follows the battery. If it does then you have a bad battery. Could try a different charging cable too, may have a short in the one you have now .

Do a battery pull and yea try a different usb charger or outlet.
Happened to me once, the battery was dead. I was able to turn it on by connecting it to the charger.
Yesterday after having the tablet full charged I noticed that the battery was draining pretty quickly. Now after having it charging all night with the power off, w/ the charge light on, I powered it up to See that it only had 7 %charged. Now with it on and charging the level stays about the same if no goes down. Now I the charger is a bit temperamental but this is bad. Could the battery be bad organ I reset the battery memory in recovery?
please check your charger current mark. and you can charged xoom by pc usb port.

No, the USB doesn't charge the Xoom. Only the Family edition and Xoom 2, from what I understand can be charged via USB.
I've found that the tablet will show the battery icon as charging but when powering off wiith Quick Boot and not touching the cord the charge light is not on.
I love this tablet but I'm beginning to feel that after my Verizon contract runs out it may be time to move on. It's quite a shame.
I have installed a custom ICS ROM with OFFLINE charge disabled. Now my phone is fully discharged. It bots up but as the discharge is happening more quickly than charge, it is rebooting again.
Can somebody please help here. Phone is as good as bricked.
Thanks,

Try wall charger if you are on USB charging, secondly you can have a charger of higher capacity to draw more current.
Tried wall charger, laptop and desktop but same result. How and where to get High capacity charger?

Try getting higher Amp rating charger.
There is one more interesting trick you can do, keep pressing power button before connecting charger (your phone won't boot as battery is dead) then connect charger but keep pressing your power button. Let it go after like 1 minute approximately. Hopefully by then it will have enough charge.
Put your phone in recovery ... charge fr a bit and reboot phone via recovery ... worked for me a couple of times ...

So... I purchased a t-869 tab from someone.
-I got it at 100% battery, immediately plugged it in.
-It was on and plugged in, battery dies. Doesnt charge at all.
-Wont charge when off.
-Doesn't show the X over the charging icon, shows the proper lightning bolt animation.
-Did a factory reset through recovery, booted with 100% battery. (immediately after showing 0%)
-Stayed on for about an hour, didn't charge when plugged in.
-Died again.
Any ideas? I have 3 Samsung chargers, 1 rocketfish. All act the same way.
It will stay powered on when plugged in without any problems.
I figured it was a software issue based on all my searching.
Flashed CWM and CM11, no dice.
Tried to flash the kernel for the t869 in the PA thread, but now it's stuck at the CM screen..
i flashed the PA rom and GApps, it booted.
still won't charge.
safe to assume my battery is dead? any way to test/confirm?
so... unplugged it.
it died.
I try to turn it back on, no chance whatsoever.
I plug the usb cord in, BUT NOT into the wall, it boots with 100% on the battery.
WTF? guess i'll see how long it lasts.
seems to be dropping fast. plugging it in shows charging, but doesnt stop it from decreasing.
Are you using the original charger and cable ?

Are you using the original charger and cable ?
1 Are you using the original galaxy tab charger (I found that the newer/cheap chargers only "surface" charge mine )?
2 Have you tried a other charging cable (could be a data cable your using charges really slow battery % keeps decreasing?)?

Tried all with the same result
I recently picked up an unknown condition motog 4g. Won't boot. I figure it had self-discharged into oblivion. Cells came up at 2.16v, but I didn't trust it, got a fresh battery off Amazon. New battery shows no love.
When plugged in, I get no screen but the notification light goes white.
Things I've tried:
Charging for 24H on 2A charger
VOL DOWN + PWR 2min
freezing it
unplugging the screen and letting it charge
holding power for 10+ minutes while off
holding power for 10+ minutes while on charger
So, I've tried everything. Still don't know if it's a corrupted bootloader (possibly?) or if something else is wrong.
Any suggestions?
I've got a friend with the same situation pretty much. We have not frozen it yet, who can tell me how to do that?
He has had it since new, it is bone stock, and nothing will bring the battery above 0%. I'm looking for some last ditch things to try before we pull the back off and unplug the screen to charge, or replace battery.
Any help would be appreciated.
Have you tried charging it on a low amperage charger? I know other variants have had charging issues which were solved by charging on low amp chargers, such as a computer's USB port. Those generally put out about 500mA or less unless they're powered.

Figured I'd update here:
I bought a new battery and put it on a 5W charger for 24 hours. Came back to life.
