[q] unlock samsung galaxy s but not working

I have samsung galaxy captivate and i did root and unlock the phone. I've got signal from other network but i could not receive any incoming calls and cannot make outgoing as well. Please help.

Hello all.......I'm trying to use the odin and CDMA with the QPST.....for the Sprint Samsung Galaxy SII....

I bricked my samsung galaxy s 4g then unbricked it
i have the model sgh-t959v
firmware: 2.3.6
baseband:t959vuvkj6
kernal version: 2.6.35.7-t959vuvkj6-cl694130
gingerbread but i want to get back down to firmware 2.1 because i want ics on my phone how do i do so im not a noob kind of intermediate on the steps and processes AND WHEN I FIND A LINK IT IS NEVER A VALID LINK

[Q] Rom for Jelly Bean Galaxy Nexus SPRINT HELP!!

Can someone explain how. I heard that this rom does not require rooting your phone, is that true?
If I need to root my phone what is the best one for a mac.
Also, I just want to test this out for developing something, so how can I take it off.
Lastly, what is nandroid, cause someone said i will need it before i use the rom

[Q] rooting software for samsung galaxy s i9000

hi guys please can someone help me find the software that would root my samsung galaxy s i9000 with the following firmware 2.3.3 running gingerbread, i have downloaded some stuff but it says in order to use i must have firmware 2.3.6 and above please help!!!!

you don't need to root but to flash an adequate ROM as you said at least 2.3.6 in order to do that check
