I was wondering if I would be able to use a rom from another tablet or if anyone could help me with making a rom, its a rk2918 chipset running ics. I have rooted it, but cannot find much on this device. Anyh help would be so great. The stock rom has such bad battery life.

yeah me too i would like to know what rom would be good for my newsmy t3 too i have it rooted also but like the above poster said the battery life sucks the website i got it from said the battery can hols a 4 hr charge but im lucky if i get an hour or 1.5 hrs

Do you guys know any way to root this new oplus unit 8.6? The oplus guys released it in our country just this april. It has a very promising specs the only downside is a bery low internal storage in my opinion. So i thjnk rootinv it could probably boost its performance by then we could use link2sd .

Dude, how long does your O+ 8.6 last for maximum performance and standby mode? mine last for 3-4 hours on maximum and 1-1.5 day for minimum.

try this tool "cydia impactor" easy to use. just install its driver and open cydia impactor application and root then install superSU then its done

hi guys i just need some help its been long since i posted but i have a android note 2 clone from china it works fine but i just wanted to know if it is worth rooting now some of the androids i had before and rooted cause some problems in the mobile but i really like this one is it wort rooting i would like to backup the existing rom and maybe update it if possible
i have attached a pic of the specs i got from mtk droid tools
any help would be appreciated and if anyone needs the rom when i have backed it up can send me a message and i would upload it for them thanks again

Not too sure I can be of much help but I have a rooted Xoom WiFi tablet I haven't used for a long time and I remember some sort of information.
