Could grab one of those prepaid gift card credit cards off the shelf from a store, i'm pretty sure they start at 10 bucks and go up from there
Then use that on the Play store

Ya. It's free for a year. After that u gotta pay .99$ to use it. There is nothing exclusive with that though!
Asking for a paid app for free is not condoned on xda nor should be requested.

Hello, I have an app that I pirated because it was absurdly expensive. I am trying to make an in app purchase but it won't let me due to the fact that its pirated. It says the app isn't configured through Google play's billing. Is there any way that I can make the purchase with out buying the app? Thanks

I'm not sure you understand these forums. We won't provide you with that apk because there is some developer out there who has made that. You can buy it in the play store, or if you country doesn't support paid apps you should contact the developer.

It is the same as stealing and will not be tolerated on XDA. Go dig in your couch cushions and find some loose change. :good:
If you care about the developer community and making things easier on developer's working with att devices then please sign this. Need all the support we can get. If you feel this movement then please sign if not plz no negativity.

Thank you for your support. Yea we need everyone in the development community to take notice. It's wrong we spend a lot of money on our devices only to be limited on how we can customize them. I think it would be perfectly fine for att to allow this to be done through software on there support site or allow a Third party to offer the service ( at&t htc m8 has a third party offering this service), so why Samsung devices don't is an amazement to me.
