This is a port of Lewa OS, a Gingerbread based Custom ROM.

This ROM/MOD is totally under development and not for daily use. It misses out some very important features as calling. You are flashing this at your own risk. I take no responsibility for any damage caused by Flashing of this ROM/MOD. I am doing it just in small amount of free time I have. Don't expect Bug Fixes too early. This is just a share of what I did for my phone. I will not release frequent updates and updates can even be delayed for a month, year or century (literally). If you don't like these terms please GO BACK!

1. Download the Latest Build (Build#1-25/4/12) from Third Post.
2. Flash CyanogenMod 7.2 Alpha 8.1 and backup all your data.
3. Apply the ZIP for this ROM.
4. Let it boot (first boot may take time).
5. Enjoy the ROM and learn to ignore the bugs.

This is a little notice about my current status of ports about this projects future. I am currently a student in final year of my school. I have to seriously work hard and I think these projects are a major cause of distraction from my studies. I have planned to stay as much away from these as possible. Now since I have done a blunder by starting few projects I would like to make it fruitful. ANY of XDA Member is free to post Patches for these ports on this thread, in that case the post will be quoted in main post by me and the person will be thanked accordingly. Also anyone is free to make a new thread and continue with this port. In either way they can develop and get this port finished + their Thanks Meter will grow. THATS IT!

Call receiving is working but when we call niether caller not reciever can hear the voice..

A recuring problem on MIUI... Try to ask to arakmar or Marcellusbe, maybe they could help u with this.

What don't work/bugs -
1. Mic when calling (works fine for recieving)
2. Some Apps look weird (PNG problem) and FCs sometimes
and many more maybe...

1. Almost same as CM7 Alpha 8

[ROM][JB][JZO54K]AOSP 4.1.2 Pre-Alpha and v.4.2.1 test build

Ok guys, you all know my AOSP 4.0.4 build, now I made a new AOSP build, this time it's JellyBean 4.1.2 JZO54K. Now that I know the method of building I easily built this version. It's still a bit CM10ish (just like AOSP 4.0.4 was CM9 like at the start). Test it out!
broodKernel v1.5 OC is included for now.
(It may contain a lot of CM10 files which aren't required, but this is just a pre alpha, but it fully works!)

I want to give you a suggestion. Why not try to port this rom to our device http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1810042
which is true aosp, istead of downgrading cm10 and messing around with build files and so on. I think this could make your life a bit easier.
and if you get it to work maybe there is hope to get official support.
(I'm willing to add support for other devices so if you are a developer and willing to add support for your device(s), PM me)

EDIT. Just saw that the creator of the rom only provides the 4.2.1 sources on his github.

This is still JB 4.1.2, since we're still building PA with a CM base. PA's new AOSP 4.2 base appears to be on the same 'jellybean' branch, which is why (I'm assuming) the version still went up to 3.00. I didn't change this, it was built that way from PA source.
Disclaimer: I do not claim to be a developer... However, by READING, SEARCHING, and TRYING, I've learned some tricks of the trade. One of them has been building from source. All I am doing is putting a few pieces together to make it compile, all the hard work has been done by h8rift and mg2195. Their repos, hard work, and dedication build this ROM - all thanks/credit goes to them as well as the CM and the PA teams. . I test these builds on my own device before any release, but I do not claim it will work for everyone. ALWAYS have a nandroid in case of emergencies. I am NOT responsible for bricked devices or catastrophic failure changelog in second post..
PER-APP-DPI/LAYOUT
This is not tablet mode! Hybrid engine allows you to target apps individually. You get to pick their actual layouts which can tranform content drastically. Keep in mind, this has nothing to do with build.prop hacks or DPI changes. We list all layouts an app brings, you choose one, its as easy as that. It does not matter if your device runs itself in Phone-, Phablet or Tablet-UI, your apps will always look as you like. On top of that you can scale apps, to fit your screen, that way you can even bring full fledged tablet apps and make them run perfectly. Nothing will break, nothing will shrink, your market will be fine. Additionally we have rewritten many parts of the android framework and fixed countless of AOSP bugs to make way for these modifications - our "tablet mode" runs better on a phone than on a real tablet, that is guaranteed.

ParanoidAndroid's newest invention. Define apps in your regular hybrid panel. See your phone fade into the color definition of your current app, press home or go elsewhere and it fades back. Why guys you dont understand please try to understand first Let the Base get stable then port this all roms
When you port unstable roms nothing will happen just you have to update it every time base gets updated why just cant you wait there tons of miui ports no one care to update and i m sure you will also not care.

How can you comment on unstability?
Did you try other ports?
What stability issues you faced?
If you made any changes to make rom stable, list them.
They might help others in their ports.
I still think you need to change the thread title, unless you are the developer of MiUi.

Yeah video recording works
There isnt a script yet but im adding a2sd/mounts2sd in the next release
im not to sure let me check quick

yeah there is italian, as for the synchro AV im not to sure i only started developing yesterday haha theres still so much for me to learn

This ROM was only posted 2 days ago. There is no need for date uptade in title.
In most every case, Developers post the updates in the OP and not in the title.

nope this isn't a port but ill try my best to fix the video recording as it annoys me aswell

Very good rom.Better than kitkat or jb or GB.Very good work.3600 in Antutu No lags, no frezes.Stable, smooth,fast
Btw what will you add/fix in next release ?

Do you need more help with adding a2sd? It is really much faster than any int2ext script. Please give it a shot.
