I have bought a Skyrocket from an AT&T store 3 weeks ago , the black one ... And it was written on the box software ver. i727UCKJ2 , and then I registered it on Samsung website and it showed it was manufactured on 20/2/2012....
Then a week after that due to a problem with it , had to return it to the store and they replaced it with another sealed one (which perfectly looks new and untouched) , also black , and on the new box it shows software ver. i727UCLA3 , also I registered it on Samsung website in my account and it showed it was manufactured on 2/13/2012 !!
So :
1-Is it possible for a the 1 week older skyrocket (the one made in 2/13/2012)to be shipped with the UCLA3 , and out the box ? and did actually anybody bought their skyrocket recently with UCLA3 version out the box ?
2-Do AT&T stores sell refurbs or previously used skyrockets which were reman or reconditioned by Samsung ?

Every time I've asked, the AT&T store has told me that they do not sell refurbs, only the website sells them.
However, I'm certain that I got 2 refurb iPhone 3GS' at a corporate store.

I just gave my son a brand new Samsung A920 that I had before I stared using smartphones last year. Is there a way to upgrade the software on his phone to the current software Sprint uses on it Samusng phones? I would like him to be able to get Sprint TV and the email options if possible.
Can this be done?
This is a HTC forum. But, I have seen the samsung 920. You do any upgrades directly with Sprint by going into settings and selecting "upgrade". It will check if any are available for U (the 920 would need sprints internet service to do it).

How can I find out where my phones was bought from?
I need to find out where my phone was originally purchased from (which shop)? I got warranty but my girlfriend who bought the phone we split up on bad terms and I cant find out where she bought it from.
I don't have a receipt an a box and its not branded as far as I can tell and its a samsung galaxy s2.
There is no way of telling where you have bought it from sorry m8 :/

I'm from India and the Xperia V is not available here in stores and neither on ebay. However the phone is available on the site sgbest.com ( in Singapore) . Has anyone bought mobiles from this site before because my order will also be an international one.

They sold unofficial warranty product, and defect product
My m4aqua has broken since the 1st time, repair by sgbest and its totally dead after 1 month use

I am facing a very seiours trouble on my Galaxy s8 device. Alright I am living in Pakistan and I have this device for more than 2 years.
Its bought from Uae and I have paid all the taxes and PTA approved as well. I had this error last year from MM phone service saying "SIM1 not allowed".I got it fixed by paying 3k pkr approx 15USD to tech guy. He told me that there was something wrong with sim card servies. But now after a year of use I am facing same problem and I cant find the guy who fixed it. Please take a look and guide me how to fix this error. Screenhots posted below.
