What u thinks guys? Does it worth changing? If anynone could help me with good facts, i really appreciate.

For me NOKIA N9 is much better than NOKIA LUMIA 900
Hardware wise N9 is the winner if you ignore the bigger screen that lumia 900 has.
Both are running OS that are unsupported. I mean meego officially discontinued by nokia. And Microsoft announced that lumia wont support windows 8. However the n9 has already been ported to ANDROID so thats a win too in my eyes.
best N9
Has anybody ported Win Phone to N9?
Has anybody ported Win Phone to N9?

Don't get either. Both are old news. Don't get Atrix 2 because it's not running ICS. Don't get the iPhone 4S because it's tiny screen and the potential of iPhone 5 coming out late this year.
If you are in the market for a new phone I'd spend a little more for an HTC One X or Galaxy S3. They will change how you think what a smart phone should be. Especially the HTC One X screen is just fantastic.

The Dream Smartphone - Specs

Okay, so I came across this article about the dream smartphone. Basically, it lists all the specs a dream smartphone of 2014 will have.
The Dream Smartphone Specifications:
Display (Screen): 5.2-inch AMOLED 1080 x 1920 pixels (424 ppi)
Camera: 16 MP, 5312 x 2988 pixels, f/2.2, OIS, iPhone image processing (5 MP Front)
Performance: Snapdragon 810 (8core, 64bit), Adreno 430, 3 GB of Ram
Battery: 3500 mAh with Motorola Turbo Charging
Speakers: Dual Front-facing stereo speakers
Design: 5.54 x 2.85 x 0.37 inch (146.4 x 70.6 x 9.4 mm)
Operating System: Android 5.0 Lollipop
I personally would go for a bigger display with the same dimensions if possible. Bigger 4000mAh battery would be nice too.
