Hulu+ app will not let me use HDMI out...is their a way for this to work?.....i am currently running latest of revolver with tf101
Are you on guevor's kernel? If you are try Rc2 of revolver, might help. If not flash guevor's, there's a similar thread with google play not working hdmi-out with a solution, may help. Look around for it.
EDIT: here's the google-play link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1226472

Anyone try this app on their KF? Its not working on the ICS build, but I'm curious if its a KF problem or an ICS problem. If its the latter, then I'll just wait for them to update it, if its the former, then I have an issue.

I'm using it (HP ePrint Home&Biz 1.0.3) on my rooted KF with stock rom. It works fine.
Must not work on ICS yet. Thanks for the info.
Hey,
since I still have not posted 10 times I needa ask here.
Yesterday I rooted & flashed my Transformer and am currently running Megatron 1.0.4 with TestyMEH 1.0 Kernel.
I also have seen the Voodoo Sound Thread, but I cannot get it to work with neither TestyMEH nor Guevor test16 - Kernel. The app constantly says that my device's kernel is not supported. Does anyone know why? Or is it just compatible with HC?
Sorry, for the noob question.
Ate you using the beta app? I'm on Megatron with guevor test 16 and it's working fine.
just the normal one
Well I just I just downloaded the one from the Play Store. In the app description it even says that it's compatible with the Transformer running a Voodoo-supported Kernel.

If you have Voodoo+ you can use the beta1 app from the Voodoo thread. If not the one from Play store it will not work on ICS yet.
Thanks for your help, baseballfanz.
Well, I flashed Guevor test 16 again and Voodoo still does not work, at least the app.
This Voodoo App. I don't have the Plus-version... and haven't seen another app linked in the Voodoo thread.
The one you have installed is only for Honeycomb. There is a beta for ICS but it will only work with Voodoo+ so if you don't care to spend a few Euros (well worth it) you will have to wait.

Thanks for the addition! Since I don't have a credit card I cannot pay for the app, but I'll wait. I simply thought it's not working...
Ok so i have scoured this forum today and I have failed to find the answer I seek.
I just want my stable TF101 back. This means the last firmware of HoneyComb. I have tried Revolver and I just keep getting the boot loops and some of my apps just don't work at all. I want to try CM9 but I will wait for that to become just a bit more stable.
So where do I find the original ASUS firmwares? I have found multiple threads that say to download from ASUS but I only see .21 on the site now.
Has someone captured these and if so where?
Or is there a good HoneyComb based ROM that I should try?
I am just sick of the reboots, hangs, and all the other crap.
Thanks guys for your help and time in this matter.
CM9 Megatron is perfectly stable for me, and ARHD is super stable stock, You just need to flash the guevor or tastymehics kernel with it and works amazingly, on ICS. If you're still hell bent on HC two very good HC roms are Prime by roach2010 and Revolver HC by gnufabio.
I'm using the the Frozn rom and ICS test 17c guever kernel and have no issues with rebooting or anything else.. give that a go.
PS: the frozn rom comes with icstest9 guevor kernel which did give me some reboot issues but 17c has been great so far.

Kernel

Will try
Thanks guys I will begin to play around then with the different roms. I have never flashed a new kernel just roms on my phone and pad so I will look into that.
If all else fails and I really want to go back to stock HC is there a place I can find those?
I used my TF for work often and since the upgrade I can not get the citrix receiver to work in ICS and TF.
Hi everyone!
I have a problem with watching Hd vids on my transformer. I use yotube app very often and watching some gameplays or other stuff is impossible because of choppiness of movies. I have this problem since upgrade from HC to ICS (I guess). Is there any way that could help me? (other than sending it for warranty). Audio is also choppy and not only watching in youtube app is pain in my butt.
Guevor's latest kernel 21.6 has great video for me if you're willing to Root and flash it. RMAing your tf will do nothing, It's an ICS problem. See dev/general for info on rooting.
I was rooted but all custom roms were not stable so i went back to Asus rom. So not only me is having video problems?
yeah, It's a Global ICS problem. You could try a Kernel, the kernel is more important than the ROM Imo. ~for stability
So all i have to do is root my tf101(with NVflash for example) and install guevor's kernel. Do i have to change rom in order to get kernel working or even able bo be installed(applied) or stock rom is enough to make it run?
Stock should run it fine.
Ok, thanks. I'll report back if that helped me
Could you give me direct link to guevor's kernel? I can't find any thread about it. I know that Google doesn't bite but i can't find it.

Kernel improved the problem but not completely.. Now I get some audio bugs. Thanks for supporting me!

Odd, I have no audio issues. Try total wiping again, with superwipe script. Otherwise a newer version should fix, try V21.10? (It's not in the 2nd post, but towards the end in an attachment by guevor.)
Ok, thanks I'll try that when i come back home btw don't forget about the time zones ^^
F*** me. Audio problem is not because the kernel when i shake the device it stop/starts playing. It's looks like the speaker's wire is broken... But when i plug in the headphones there is no problem. I'll try changing kernel and rom. If that won't work out then I'll send it for warranty. Any suggestions what should i do? I know that i have to go to stock
It's definitly hardware if it cuts in and out shaking. If you decide to RMA flash total stock with NvFlash or CWM full stock update.zip
As the title suggets, the latest verison of Netflix has not been working for me on the Asus transformer tf101. I've tried older verisons and they seem to be working but the only reason why I want the latest is because I want to use Chromecast on my tablet and it's unfortunate that a major app for the Chromecast is not working for me on the KatKiss ROM.
If anyone has overcome this issue, I have already done a factory reset and wiped the cache and dalvik but if anyone has found a better way please respond.
Anyone find a fix for this? Sorry I really want to use Netflix and chromecast with this tablet
