Is there any way where one could have the wallpaper background be the background during a call session?
I am on LeeDroid's Rom and I can tell that when someone is calling me the wallpaper is preserved, but right when you pick up, the screen goes to a solid black background.
I think it would look nice if the wallpaper can be used as the background even during the call.
So just wondering if that is possible to do?

In 1.5(I dont like the name cupcake.) When you flip your phone sidways its animates by squaring the screen with the black background, and then reanimates to the new orientation, is it possible to put a picture in that background.
Hi all, I've installed a wallpaper using HDWall and now whenever I turn on my phone and it shows the rainy animation (wiping water off the screen) it shows it on a black background that covers my wallpaper until it has faded.
The top and bottom bars are transparent, so I can still see my wallpaper at the edges.
On the weather page itself the animation does not create a black screen behind it, it just wipes my actual wallpaper.
Does anyone have any ideas how I might resolve this or make it work like the weather page?

Did quite a bit of searching before i finally gave in.
Normally i almost religiously back up everything...this time i did not...obviously...or i would be reflashing and simply reinstalling
now i did not brick my Samsung vitality, I am not that stupid...however i did try out metamorph being bored...and its really a small issue but something i cant for the life of me get rid of...
on the swipe down notifications bar the stock battery color is green...well mine is blue...and currently the text in the notification area...is dark grey on black...so i have to tilt the phone to see anything.
anybody have any ideas on how i can fix this? or have just a basic stock rom for the samsung vitality.
there should be a notification bar color changer metamorph file for your phone
maybe even a text color changer
yeah its the text thats killing me, here sec lemme get a photo of it.

edit 2 picture is in edit box. wont let me post it otherwise.
fixed it, i think it was an issue with the framework not installing before a reset on metamorph, thanks for the assistance
I know it's the gradient fading in of the notification bar, and it's just on the home screen...is there anyway to disable it?

Obviously, but I would like to keep a dark wallpaper and stock theme. That's why I'm asking.
I've had the same issue! It's horrible as the gradient isn't even that smooth.
I tried Nova Launcher and it still did it. Changing theme didn't seem to fix it.
The fact that it goes away on every other screen makes me think it should be able to be disabled...maybe with package disabler, but I don't want to blindly disable stuff and mess something up.
I've only found a few similar things online for this, but it seems Samsung dump some stupid fade effect on the notification bar. I wish I could turn it off. Or force a proper transparent bar on the home screen

It happened to me also. I am using nova launcher. Apply the theme again, than apply the wallpaper and choose to apply on both scrern and lockscreen. Then you can choose whatever you want for the lockscreen again.
