Its time to start the alpha beta gamma, ... whatever test of the KingdomDS rom
THIS IS MY FIRST PORT EVER!
So please be patient if not everything is working right now, but I hope it will .
I am testing this rom since one week and it runs really stable.
If you find some bugs.... post it in this thread. I will try to fix it.
Help is always welcome because the bug might be waiting around every corner.

How to install the rom
First of all wipe wipe wipe wipe...
Install the rom... not expected right?
After the rom is installed and it has booted, set up your phone. Dont forget! The first fc is for you attention only .
The phone might be feel a little slow if you are restore your settings from google. But I guess this is no real problem.
Download the SetCPU app from the Android market and start it.
I would suggest to oc with following settings:
Max: 1305600
Min: 245760
Scalling: smartasss
[x] Set on Boot

Known bugs:
If you run the rom the first time, you will get a force close by the keyboard apk i guess. Don't worry, this will come only the first time. No idea why this happend. Maybe its a little bit shy . I think I will fix that bug in the next version. Its allready noted down with my invisible typewriter.
Calendar widget is still buggy. Calendar is working well, agenda has a missing picture and the third won't show up. Its shy too a guess.
Email widget is the next candite. First 2 scenes work, last one is buggy. It don't shows the text.

i tryed some stuff from desire hd forum. i think we dont need big time for port some roms. desire hd and s have almost same hardware.
miui worked (need some fix)
Spike Pure Gingerbread v2.0 Desire HD works too and very fast. need sound fix.
which files we need for sound & headphone working ? i want try other roms from desire hd forum. and without sound i can't test daily.

Tried the Rom and not bad, but there are no apns included(easily fixed with apn backup and restore). The biggest problem for me is the Htc Twitter widget doesn't work, and i use that all the time.

Fixing the camera is something far beyond my skills, even some of the best devs are struggling with it. Hope you enjoy the ROM though.

The official HTC ics update for the sensation is due out sometime soon so hopefully we can get a working camera from it

Its always great to have options open with this though...might get hyped to flash pure AOSP someday.....keeping tabs on it....

Just flashed this, can confirm it works! Very smooth too

Funciona / Does works
• Calls
• Data (3g/2g)
• Wifi
• GPS (takes quite some time to get a fix though)
• Keypad mapping is working for default European layout.
No funciona / Doesn't work
• Proximity sensor while calling
• Front Cam
• Back Cam
• Non default European keyboard layout are not yet supported (you can contribute)
• Difficulty to type the PIN, so disable SIM's PIN code

Does your cell connection completely cut out for a few seconds when you turn the screen off? I tried it earlier, and mine cut off for a few seconds every time I turned the screen off

Hmm - what radio are you running? Guessing it could just be a radio problem for me
EDIT: Also, what ROM were you running before you flashed ICS? I figured I could try a combination of ROM/radio flashes to see if it helps

Hmm, that didn't work either, and I tried a combination of radios and HBOOTs too
But what -seems- to work for me, is swapping out libhtc_ril.so from the latest CM7 build and putting it into the ICS .zip before flashing - knock on wood

There's a bug where whne a call comes in u have to unlock then accept call but no trouble for me

Really good! Very smooth and have had no problems. Battery is very good as well.
One issue I've noticed is that the calendar widget is showing "No upcoming calendar events" but when I open the calendar app I can see all of my events properly.

i will be fixing all issues in next version. and in next version all icons will be cyanogenmod replicas. the core apps will stay the same tho its bassicly me just changing the icon but i have to decompile and re compile so it takes time. i have also got 4 other projects im working on so pleqase be very patient

oh i got a few things up my sleeve for this rom i am currently trying to get nearly all apps from aokp to work on this rom but dont count on all working as they are not for sense based rom but ill get as many as possible working

Yep, sense 4 comes with ics...

Hey tested and installed perfectly fine but i only have wifi on this phone and that just gets an error when starting I already rebooted the phone and same issue.
Have seen Roms in far worst states then this. Ie HTC stock gallery is working, unlock speed is amazing, music volume is really low as stated before but doesnt really cause much slow down on unlock or use.
Ill test out more once the wifi is working im just kinda dead in the water with out that....
But regardless def worth trying it out ISC and sense 4.0 are awesome Awesome work

If OP says that it works with cm7 hboot, I presume that it works with stock one too. At least you will have more MB free in /system

It would work with stock hboot but then you'd have plenty of free space wasted in the system partition since the installer wouldn't install more files on there. There's pretty much no point using stock hboot if it doesn't take advantage of it though.

like i said, it doesnt support stock hboot yet because of the aroma setup doesnt support it. have a look for urself

Could you please provide us another mirror link? Something like 4shared or Mediafire? Would be great as I downloaded to 99% from dev-host and the downloading failed... Otherwise thats something great to be seen, I didnt expect to see any more Sense 4 ports. Hope nonamer does that 3.0 kernel so we will have something very innovative as development.

any idea how to fix wifi? i tried change bcm4329.ko module & wpa supplicant, checked updater script for permissions and still nothing.
