If theres a problem.. maybe I'll just have eat the cost and buy him one by myself .__. No need to get a mod on me.

Wasn't saying that I'm going to put a mod on you. I was just saying you should ask a mod for permission first.
I pm'ed zip about donating him my mytouch, moving on to a new device and figured it would be better off going to him then sitting on my desk collecting dust. Plus I always liked his rom and hate to see it stay discontinued "just saw it discontinued today".

I had 4, but unemployment forced me to sell 2 of them. Now only my wife & mine are left. Otherwise I too would have given one, & I don't use any ICS Rom. But that's a cool thing you are doing. I hope to be able to contribute soon. I just gotta get back to work! Thanks tho, ill be using my mt4g for a bit longer.

And that's another reason I want to donate it, not everyone has a couple hundred dollars laying around for the latest and greatest phone, that's why were basically on this thread, so we can have the latest version of android on our phones or to have certain things on our phone that newer phones have that our phone didn't get.
Long story short I want to try to keep zips and all of the other great devs on the mytouch thread so we can have a fully functional ics rom without bugs or a fully working sense 4 rom...who knows maybe even a jellybean rom some day in the future.

Yeah don't see wildchild on here. He has his own thing going. I used his Rom when I had the vivid. This Rom is right up there with CleanRom for sure.

This also is the only rom i run on both my Vivid and my One X. I used to be a big fan of AOKP and CM9 but now i like sense so much better. the eye candy is really nice! every time i take out my phone all my friends cant believe how fast it is....tho most of them have iphones

Registration is just closed right now because of a few offenders starting trouble. It's bad enough that the troubled minority dissuade devs from staying at xda, but now they even start crap at a devs own site. hmmmm.....when will the world grow up???

Hey guys and gals! I recently purchased a Samsung galaxy s blaze and I came here to check out the ROMS and such.. but I noticed that there isn't one that is working without bugs and all. Is there a reason? Is there not enough devs here with the time or capability? I could easily help you guys out and all but I have no idea on development. Development has been slow until recently. To date erikmm dark Knight build 4 is running smooth and without issue that I'm aware of. Also recently Erik also has cm7 running but the cam is not working. He has been working hard to get the blaze working better.
I agree the phone has huge potential. Its quick and fast

Yes I have seen that Erik has been working hard on this phone, he is a great dev and I know people look up to him. But we cannot leave everything up to him. If anyone else wants to join me, I would be willing to know everything he knows so we can have more people developing around here. Erik has been doing an amazing job but I often feel guilty because of all the pressure we may be putting on him lol. I think it's only fair to him if we can find another experienced developer help build ROMs for this phone and ease some of the weight off Erik. I'm am down for this if he is as good as you say. I am willing to open up a paypal account and kick start the donation with 10-20 dollars but first I need to confirm we'll have enough donators. We will likely need more than the last time because finding a blaze for $250 is not easy.

The other night I saw HTCClay pop up in the Blaze board. I remember using his ROM's years ago on the G1. The stuff he did back then was great on that phone. Between CM and Clay's ROM's, the G1 had life. I am not sure what he is doing or not doing but he has the Blaze also. I sent a message to him the other day to see if he is planning to cook something up for the Blaze.
Erik has accomplished a ton in the past few weeks as a one man show developing and releasing ROMs. Personally I have learned a lot working with him testing and checking the ROMs.
I personally think it would be great if we could get other dev's involved to help the cause.

Thanks for that. I've been doing major catch-up these past few days. I've seen that sweet 3.0 kernel. Looks like we need to figure out the WiFi problem for the older sense 3.6 and 4 roms. I saw over in the dhd thread they have figured it out on their end but I'm sure it won't work with ours.

honestly i have no experience whatsover aside from modifying graphics on APK or translating but if you want another member count me in, i can do everything in my hands to learn and not bother or halt development, im also good with ideas and testing but i really really want to learn the whole rom development/porting, custimizing kernels and eventually launchers...i dunno if i still sound noobish for your team i can understand, nobody wants a novice but hey at least im been honest and tell you what i can give back to the team.

Well, after hitting up phones today I found the balance was not reflecting on my personal phone...I called Google wallet support and they then transferred me to a bank. The banker had to look up my info and collaborate the balances together. I only said I had 3 phones because I thot 7 or 8 wasn't quite kosher. So, go make yourself a few bucks but I wouldn't tell them you have 20 phones or anything

Let him keep it secret but also let him know that repeating same thing in everypost wont help achieve what he is trying to. Also enlighten him about the existence of a report button, hit that button and that is how you let mods know. I was searching youtube though, wouldnt be surprised if he uploaded a video begging mods to close this thread. Nvm he is live on cnn hopefully mods hear him!

Gonna have to quit for tonight,sorry guys. I'm having issues with windows,I can't seem to fix. So I think it's backup work,and reinstall Windows time. I did not expect to have this issue,and it's stopping me dead. This is what I get for thinking it's never good enough. :banghead:
There's a new aroma version, gonna try it out when I get home. I believe this one has touch screen issues resolved. So I dont hype anyone up for no reason,again. If the new mod works correctly,and the new aroma version works to my liking. Then I will >try<to push it out it before tomorrow. I'm a little new to smali work,so bear with me. To be honest, I think the new mod,belongs as an MagioRom exclusive. But::::: I want to give you unique options,not run of mill garbage. Please be patient with me. And it will pay off.

There will be a minor update today for sure. It will be a prep for next update. Few things getting fixed,att icons getting fixed. Adding more to desense and debloat. Removing some items for now. All of this is necessary revamping,for next update to mod pack. Got a few new things in the works. Thanks for your patience.:beer:
