[Q] How to remove associations? - HTC One S

I have a One S and One of the apps for playing multimedia files had options of several players to chose from. I defaulted to You Tube. Now, I want the option of different players once again. But the app always defaults to You tube when playing files.
I tried this setting and I did not find any settings there to delete the assocoation. Please help me:
Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All.
Then find the app for which you want to remove the default setting on and scroll down to where it says "Launch by default" and hit clear defaults.

[APP][4.1.2+] SwipeLaunch Disabler v0.4.0 (FREE)

As of Jelly Bean, it is possible to quick launch an app (Google Now by default) by a swipe up gesture from the navigation bar, this feature can be annoying.
This app is developed to "disable" this feature. Actually the feature is not disabled, but instead launches this app that does nothing.

For Marshmallow (Android 6), it is possible to disable the assist feature.
Follow below steps:
(1) goto "Settings > Apps > Advanced (the small gear icon) > Default Apps > Assists & voice input"
(2) select "none"

[Q] Small Settings Tweak Request

Greetings.
Firstly, thanks a ton to the dev for this life saver of a player. Really appreciate the handwork from you guys
I wanted to request a small thing to be added to the settings, if possible.
Under settings > list, "Recognize .nomedia" is by default checked along with the "Show hidden files and folders" unchecked. My idea is that an option can be added here to revert to default on existing mx player (.nomedia checked /hidden files unchecked) should the .nomedia has been unchecked and hidden files checked.
It would really help as most of times I or rather, many users tend to forget about checking .nomedia and unchecking hidden files back.
Hope you give it a thought [emoji4]
Thanks
Well, in Settings > General, there's already a "reset settings" button... in addition to settings import and export.

[ROM] Evermore Music for the Samsung Replenish

Evermore Music is a ROM I made that turns the Samsung Replenish into a dedicated MP3 player.
Backstory
The Samsung Replenish was outdated before it hit the self. We all know that. It was just a cheap, eco-friendly phone. Since I needed an MP3 player, and I had an old device laying around I decided to turn it into one. I looked for ways to get CM or some other AOSP ROM on there so I could truly customize it, but unfortunately there were none. As a result I had to base it off a stock ROM. I decided to base it off PhoeniX Rom by FirehaK and the Android Creative Syndicate.
About The ROM
I removed most of the contents of the /system/app to keep it absolutely core only. I even removed system UI (though I may put it back and hide it with the backported Xposed), and implemented a battery indication on the launcher. The player is a backported version of Apollo (Thank you sooo much, thinkfreedom).
Known bugs
"Sound settings" section crashes the settings app (as does all the features I removed, but that's to be expected)

Game Launcher Profile pic

On the Game Launcher, when I go to record a game, there's just a standard blank face on the profile button. Are you able to change the picture? Thanks
see bottom left of the screen...

EDIT: I got the answer on Reddit from iamnotyourmotherS7
Settings > Advanced Features > Games > Game Tools > Record then click the pencil on the profile image

S10e Default Ringtone App

I am trying to assign custom ringtones, I accidentally set a default app and don't know how to change/remove it.
Contacts - Name of Person - Edit - View More - Default Ringtone - + (at top right of screen)
It is here that I set the default app (image below), and I can't figure out which app this is.
All I want is to change/remove this default app. I think I chose music, but it has me changing my default messaging app to Next SMS and I don't want to do this.
I have googled and tried many different things but nothing is working (and I don't want to reset all default apps). I restarted my phone which didn't do anything. This is my last solution.
Troy searching for "default apps" in Settings. There you can set the messaging app.
