[Q] Sony Arc in boot loop - General Questions and Answers

Hi, i recently upgraded my xperia arc lt15i to the new ics software, all went well and everything working fine so i decided to root the phone which i managed to do with no problems. Being the tinkerer that i am i decided to move some files from my phone memory to sd card. Bad idea! My phone locked up and is now stuck in boot loop. I tried to flash the ics firmware but cannot do it because i need to turn on usb debugging which obviously i can't do. Is there anyway i can resolve this? The annoying thing is that i can see the files i moved on my sd card when plugged into my laptop if only i could transfer them back to phone memory all would be good. Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks Phil

Do you have CWM installed?
Also, if you ask this question in the Xperia ARC section, I think there will be more people helping you

No. I rooted it using android emulator which installed busybox.
Thanks, i will ask again in arc section.

[Q] Xperia X10: Almost dead

While trying to fix my message problem (stuck in sending) on my Custom ROM TW 007 on Xperia X10, I have managed to completely screw my phone. Now, I have the following issues
1. Wifi doesnt work.
2. SD Card wont mount
3. SEUS wont connect.
4. Busybox wont install. (problem with Core Utilities)
5. xRecovery wont install.
and obviously Messaging wont work.
I would greatly appreciate if experts can help me out here since I have been stuck for couple of days now with it. Otherwise I be buying another phone soon and sadly I may have to switch from Android to another platform
I would suggest you to try and ask in the Xperia 10 forum:

You could search first for someone who had the same issue.

[Q] the xperia x10 has finally died!!!

hey guys first time poster but not the first time reader anyways wanted to pass some things by you lot...
right where to start well i had the sony ericsson xperia x10i with the cyno mod 7 and its was running fine well anyways what happened was that the life of my battery was less than adequate on the life span so i took a little trip to lakeside and bought myself a 3rd party bst-41 battery problem was that this battery was exactly 1.5mm shorted than the official bst-41 so i had to keep putting a piece of card between the battery and the bottom lip of the phone (not the pin connector end) and well getting on with it basically cynogen asked me if i would like to update sum roms of mine i politely accepted and continued on my way well the problem here was at the 87% mark i place the phone down and the battery fell out and i know it corrupted all my memory card but i formatted that and put it in my new xperia play love it but getting back to the x10 its problems lies in the fact that i have tried options buts its frozen to the sony ericsson startup its been like this for a solid 2 hours its not looping or resetting and i dont want to get rid of it if i can help it and im sorry for dragging this post on but im hoping if anyone else has had this problem maybe you could help me out or point me in the right direction as i have been trying for ages to find something on the internet that im so agrevated i tried googling xperia 10 is ****ed lol please help sorry for dragging out the post but best have all the info thanks in advance

if your x10i brick (SE Logo) and can't reboot can't access xrec and can't access flash mode (for flash generic rom)
i have a solution..
1. connect the phone to PC (USB)
2. open superOneClick v1.55 and click shell root icon
3. open FlashTool 0.2.9.1 and click Ask Root Perms
4. click menu advanced --> clean --> clear cache
5. click xrecovery icon
6. click menu advanced --> Xrecovery--> Reboot into Recovery
7. look at you phone.. bingo.. u can access Xrecovery and then just install u favorit custom rom n reboot..
8. now u phone normaly n u can access flash mode to flash generic rom..
Please use the Q&A Forum for questions Thanks

Help with asus tf101. Noobie at work!

I previously had a post on how to flash a new rom onto the tablet because i had done it wrong originally and now i cant use the tablet because it keeps restarting itself. I tried updating the android revolution rom but i clicked on cm9 update instead and now its acting up! It wont let me access the sd card through recovery mode nor through the rom manager app! Someone told me about odin but didn't really explain much else. Any help on how to reset the system through another computer would be really great. Thanks...!

You should have asked anyone in your phone's forum: http://forum.xda-developers.com/t2-ultra
Anyway, here is a thread which can help you to restore the phone to your stock firmware: http://forum.xda-developers.com/t2-ultra/development/stock-19-1-c-0-116-deodexed-d5322-t2819836

Just remove the SD card and put it in a card reader and plug into computer and copy the file.
