For all that want the MIUI on ONE S.. go to this link and vote for ONE S
http://www.facebook.com/questions/357197491006499/
Hope that one s win
I don't think we can win this one...
And also, we already have MIUI, and is working great!
The one x is just as low as us on votes yet they have official miui.....saw a download for one x on miui android
But the official MIUI ROM for the One X was up before the pool started... I don't know who voted for a device that has already Official Support!

can install android 4.0.3 on Galaxy S PLUS ?

No, because the rom you've posted is just for the sgs not for the sgs+.
I think the sgs+ has another kernel and other specs so you can't install this port on a sgs+.
Just wait for a port for your device - the dev's are pretty fast
Of try contacting CM or any other modders and beg them

LOL, Usually not a good idea to ask developers for ETA's. I think that CM has a saying about asking for an ETA....
It MAY be a good idea to offer to beta test for CM or another know developer for your phone (or just a developer who happens to have your phone).
Second fastest was to get a developer to work on a new device: Donate one to them.
Fastest Way: Donate one to their wife!
HY, http://www.androidauthority.com/sense-5-htc-one-x-europe-257074/ the official update, awessssssome, who can make a custom rom with this,,,please reply ,,,I am so excited,I waited 5 months for this !!!! Respect to all devs how tried to port this before the updates!!!!

Hi, Had a HTC One X for a while now but recently got stolen so now i am back on my Desire S. I haven't been modding or flashing this phone in ages and haven't really followed all the threads.
Is there any one that can tell me what ROM works best for daily use at the moment. It is currently running on Fallout but i saw that hasn't been updated in a long time soo i think it is time to upgrade?
Any suggestions?
And yes i am a lazy person sorry
When will people learn?!
We don't do "best rom" threads on xda.
you must try SVHD 2.1.0 rom its stable and smooth , or ICS DS v8.0 final
The best ROM is the one you like the most.
I've gone from GB to HTC ICS to cm10. I've tried some custom ICS Roms but like the look, feel and functionality of Jellybean.
Some great work is being done on cm10.2 right now and hopefully soon cm11 KitKat. Fingers crossed.
The one I keep going back to is blindndumbs cm10.1 but development may have stopped.
Do a nandroid and flash away. See what works best for you. You won't know unless you try.
I'm sorry for my bad english, I'm italian.
You may look there:

It's a index of the most popular rom for our device.
In my opinion some of best rom are:
Pacman 23

and
the best CM10.1

Do you know if there's a chance to see a rom like cyanogen , AOKP or slimkat for this E8 ? Even an unofficial port eventually .
It seems that developers are ignoring this device.....
P.s. Another question: actually and officially what is the last release of android for that phone? 4.4.4? And have the eye experience like m8 or not for now?

Let me just say that you haven't asked anything new here.
Development is slow for this device, period.
4.4.4 for e8 hasn't been here in india yet but i think it is available for other variants like m8sw(e8 china-unicom) and other single sim variants.
Read THIS thread for more info which you should have done before opening the thread.
Hello,
I am new to this site, and new to this thing, but I am interested to update my HTC one V with some custom ROM (jellybean or higher) and I wanna know some info about which one is the most stable and popular one, with no bugs or trivial bugs.. It is frustrating because they are plenty of ROMs and kernels here.. and what is the difference between AOSP and AOKP version? somewhere I read that aokp is less stable but better... I actually want features included RAM and CPU clocking, because this is the coolest thing in these custom ROMs.. :cyclops:
- I have HTC one V (GSM) rooted and bootloader unlocked
- I have CWM recovery 6.0.3.3 installed
- I have official android v4.0.3
so which ROM you guys prefer to me and which kernel that goes along? and is my CWM version ok or I need other one?.. I really want to get more of this phone than I am getting now.. it's a really nice phone but it's a bit lazy when operating tasks, so it's not for impatient users
I am new to this, but I somehow succeeded to root my V, thanks for detailed instructions on this site, so thanks to you guys ..now I just have to update my ROM, and I will be more than happy
