No problem everything is built in the ROM no need to flash anything else!
Is this stable enough for a daily driver? I believe the other aokp build had an issue with phone calls being mute to the other listener

Nope call has been fixed on previous build I'm pretty sure.
I'm using it as a daily driver.

Flashed so far so good, benchmarks are quite low compared to stock rom but im sure with time performance will increase. Thanks

I've just flashed. NO network for me. Tried to search for networks manually but gave me error while searching for networks. 10 secs later found network itself. Just wanted to let you know.

edit: just to confirm, Bluetooth doesn't turn on and the Camcorder doesn't work. Also, there is quite a bit of flickering on the rom....but I'm not sure how much of this is due to a cracked digitizer....
Nice and minimalistic Rom with AKOP tweaks, though wifi tether and bluetooth isnt working.

had the same problem, tried the same solution and then the same happened to me nice ROM btw and epic live wallpaper

Nope, morfics new kernel is still a little unstable on the N7, so none for now.
Edit: Confirmed, should be coming in the next build.

Maybe not, we want to finish up a few more features before theme manager, and theme manager isnt very stable yet for JB, so I'd prefer to wait a bit

Install the goo beta app in the market. Then look through the downloads for gapps. I think the latest is the 07242012 build. Worked great for me.

Lol I misread your reply, and installed on my SGH-T889. Any chance I can get the radio from somewhere else and install it, or does it need to be built into the ROM?
Installed it earlier on my N7100 but somehow the phone got stuck at the "Initializing..." screen. I waited about 5 minutes and then, after seeing that nothing happened (I think it should have booted until then, as much as it would have taken for the first boot to load), I quit and restored my nandroid backup.
I mention that I did clear cache, dalvik and stuff. And that I was coming from stock ALJ3 (rooted/personalized) rom.
I'm curious if anybody else experienced the same. Maybe I was missing something.
Keen to try this. What are the audio issues? Does sound work at all?

Quick Tips:
◘ Make sure you do a Full Wipe and then flash the ROM.
◘ DO NOT restore data via Titanium Backup. More often than not it will cause stupid issues.
◘ If you have done all that, and still face issues please post a logcat. (Search on how to do that)
◘ For battery related issues, please post a relevant screenshot from an app like Better Battery Stats etc.
No logcat or no screenshot effectively means your issue doesn't exist

US cellular? Afaik their phone is identical to the Verizon one.
Personally I like that there's a new thread for a significant release it makes it easier to find issues pertaining to this release.

Yes, this is the USC version. We dropped support for it on the RC5 build, and USC users really missed us, so we're back.

Well, a couple users, and myself just tried RC8 for our US cellular Galaxy S III's and it doesn't work. Everything force closes, the launcher, sim toolkit, process.acore., can't open app drawer at all, it just reboots the phone. Anything we can do to help troubleshoot?
Loving the ROM but sometimes when I go to turn the screen on, only the bottom buttons light up and not the screen.
Anyone else?

Are you using a custom kernel? Maybe it's not playing nice with your kernel settings. What carrier do you have? I cannot get it to work at all on US Cellular.
Will RC7 Gapps work with RC8?
This is for USC, which never had RC7, so I would say that RC7 Gapps probably will not work. Make sure you flash the D2VZW version if you have Verizon.
G-Apps are universal and should work on any AOSP/AOKP/CM rom.
Everytime I flash the 4.2 addons the camera freezes on the first picture and the gallery has to FC. Then the camera is inaccessible after that. Clean flash after double wipes. Anyone else having trouble with the addon zip?

You have to touch to focus before taking pic. If not it doesn't work.

Ermm.. what you mean by that? Synergy(e) is not working with randomblame to create this rom.

YES! eXistZ and synergye are 2 of my 3 favorite developers** too, plus BananaGranola --> a dream team for a great rom!
*** LorD ClockaN is the other one, but is now working on OneX :crying:

I tried Jellytime a few times, but I like Synergye and existz's work a lot more. Their Rom's are faster, more stable, better battery life, and better performance. You won't find a better ICS ROM for the Inspire/DHD than existz's ROM. I have been using existz's ROM from the early stages and a lot of his users have been using his rom as a daily driver for months even before MR1 was released.
existz's ROM was the only reason why I did not upgrade my phone a long time ago.

LC is also a very good developer.
Hopefully they all work together on a ROM for the Nexus 4.

Nice going guys, now I have to wash my trousers I've been so content with SR5 I haven't had the desire to flash any ROMs for a bit. And in one afternoon AR2 is already up. Things can only get more awesome from here. Seeing existz and synergye work on a ROM together is like if hypothetically blizzard and arenanet teamed up to create an mmo. Downloading now
