I'm reverting my phone from XXKPM to indian froyo version. So i installed I9003DXKF1 first and then I9003DDKB2_DDKA5_ODDKA6_HOME. The I9003DDKB2_DDKA5_ODDKA6_HOME had only a tar file, no CSC.. now when i connect to kies it shows the CSC as KOR instead of india. Can i flash the CSC alone for india and pls somebody share the link to india csc file. Thanks in advance..

Xxkpq is 2.3.6. Just flash it as pda in odin and definitely you will loose your all data

Anurag, yes you'll loose your data. You can use mybackup pro for backing up sms, contacts, settings etc and titanium pro for backing up apps.

No need for xxkph. XXKPE>factory reset>XXKPQ>factory reset>Ganesh cf root> Poseidon ROM>Wipe then restore apps by TB.
If you have problems. Try flashing XXKPE twice

Okay thanks.
But which firmware have i to download?
I mean is there a diffrence between KPE or KPN? this is the only thing i doesn't udnerstand.
Because i have XXKB1. What happens if i flash to KPE or KPN?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1004647
i looked there for the right firmware but i'm not sure which firmware is correct.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1133787
We usually flash xxkpe for a fresh start. The repartioning does that.
Read up on the procedure for flashing xxkpe, as its one step more than the usual. Once your on xxkpe, flash a proper gingerbread fw of your choice (I suggest ddlf2, xxle4) or other value pack roms.
Download all fw files from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1004647
Keep in mind that for older gb roms there are separate files for csc, PDA, phone. But for newer ones there's only one file, to be flashed as PDA.

Okay. So i have to download a "xxkpe" firmware? or can i choose the "XXKPH"?
Xxkpe. But its only because we use it as the base. Once your on xxkpe, you can go on to flash anything you like.
Make sure you read and understand the steps properly. Ask around if you dont understand. Better than bricking.
Edit: sorry about that, didn't see you in time hetalk.

After XXKPE, flash ddlf2 or something similar (new, like valuepacks.)

Nothing special, no need to select latona.pit file and repartition. Flash ddlf2 or xxle4 or other value pack (you'll find them in the stock roms thread) as PDA.
If you mess up in the future, this is what you need to do to get the phone running again (repartition --> xxkpe --> stable gb rom).
