"Hybrid TPU" case that shows the back of the phone....

I had this case for my Vibrant and loved it. I was excited to see that it is available for the Sensation so I thought I would pass it along. I love the look of the back of the phone so it is a shame to hide it with a case.... This one is the best of both worlds.

Wow...perfect! I have a TPU case from Amazon and I love it, but this case looks to be way better cause it shows the back of the phone! Thanks!!!!

That's a neat case! I've never seen one like that before. So I was reading from the link... The back is hard plastic right? Wouldn't that eventually show marks on the back, or no? Since you've owned this case before, were there any signs of rubbing from the case or did it ever leave marks?

Nope... I have had the case on the Vibrant for months and it hasn't damaged the phone. My wife is still using it and the case still looks great. Here is the huge thread on the Vibrant forums titled "Officially the best case in the WORLD". Hyperbole aside, it is a good case.

I can't speak to this one (yet) but the one for the Vibrant fits great and held up well without messing up the phone.

I bought a similar case that looked to be somewhat clear but when it arrived it was way more opaque than it showed to be in the picture. When you receive it let us know how it looks.

I think this case looks awesome. I don't wanna be cheap but are there any like this on eBay for like 4 bucks.? I checked and don't think there are so ill just order this one.
Anyone have one already for sensation and could confirm if the fit is good?

I checked out eBay but they haven't made it there in mass just yet. There is at least one seller that has them but it works out to about the same price as the original link in this thread when you add shipping.

I think ill do black cause I kinda dislike how the white clashes the black on the front of phone while the black one makes it seem all as one and flow together.

The back plastic is hard (not foldable).

I ended up just getting the one from tpu-cases . The reviews are great and its just under nine bucks shipped.
The ones in the op have the case covering the power button and I just rather it be open. If they were I'd probably get them since I know someone who has one and she's more then happy with it.

I did, but never took any pics of it. Sent it in to LG for repair. $70 return shipping included, much cheaper than if I did it myself

i would like to see this too being that its gorilla glass id like to see what that looks like but.....lets get real if u or me cracked the screen of our g2x's youd be effin pissed and the last thing on your mind would be to take pics of it lol so we probably wont see any..aaagh screw it im going to hulk smash mine off the wall then mule kick it, il be back with pics give me a few.....

Back when I had my G1 a very similar thing happened to it. I just threw it down on my bunk in the barracks one day and it went *CRACK*. Can't have been 10 inches of a fall, it just decided the bunk was too hard I guess.

What branch? I'm pre-enlisting into the Marine Corps next summer!

I currently have a single hairline crack starting at the top, just to the left of where the speaker is, curving down and to the right side of the chassis. I'll be getting it repaired soon. Dropped it about 2-3 feet onto concrete. Still works just fine.

Damn dude, I don't know what I'd do if that happened to me! Well, I doubt it would, I have a Trident Aegis Case on mine.

My G2x fell about 3 feet onto tile yesterday and the glass is cracked something terrible. Will post a picture when I get back from vacation.
Hopefully I can get a similar repair deal from LG.

mine didn't quite look as bad as that pic, but was pretty bad. It still worked just fine, I could feel the cracks in it when moving my finger over the glass. Just call LG, they quoted a price between $40-$100, gave me a confirmation number. I mailed it in, then got an email with the total amount due for a repair. Called and paid over the phone, got my phone back about 5 days later...pretty easy..
Definately wasn't happy when it happened, actually felt sick to my stomach

Mine survived a swim in the pool. In fact it stopped randomly rebooting after that. Now it runs great.

Clear Hard Case

Has anyone come across a clear snap on for the phone... I was hoping there would be like a clear barely there case but I cant find one.. anyone have any thoughts??

I'm looking for the AT&T HTC clear case too...

It doesn't have a cutout for the dock charging so it should work for both

I am wondering the same thing. I think thats the best case out at the moment and I would like to know if it fits the ATT version.

As above, has there been any update if the C700 will fit the AT&T / One XL model?

*sigh* Still didn't come in. It's taking forever for that thing to come from the UK to NC. lol

Got my c700 case in the mail today. It fits the att one x good. The only spot is the speaker opening on the back is a little high. It doesn't block the speaker at all , just not centered. I would definitely recommend this case.

Great to hear mate
On a side note, i picked up a temporary Case Mate Barely there and it fits really well. Only point is like you said the speaker grill is a tiny bit lower then centre on the back (but not blocked). Camera cutout is perfect and there isnt any movement in the case.
Will try and find somewhere to but the C700 now

Got the C700 today. I'd say it's not a good fit. Because the camera hole is off, the entire case gets raised up near the top. It doesn't sit completely flush. You can press the top corners and the case will move in. let go and it comes out a little. I would worry about rubbing...

Back sticker peeling? Anyone else??

Only had the phone for a couple of days and this happened, so is this happening to anyone else? I already had the phone replaced but if this is going to happen again, I'm dropping this phone as it is unacceptable to me but wanted to know if this is happening to other people

Lmao wow, just peel it off I think the majority of the people peel it off with in 10 minutes of unboxing the unit. I removed mine, and stuck it to the inside of the box.

Well to be honest, I just paid $600 for this phone, so if HTC can't design a [email protected] sticker that contains the serial # to stay on the phone for more than a couple of days of very light use, then they aren't worth my time anymore and I'll just move on to another phone once it's released

I really don't think HTC designed that sticker to stay on there, considering every ad for the One X shows the phone sans sticker. Just peel it off, it looks better without it anyway. Everything else about the phone is just awesome, and surely will be even more awesome now that we have you on our team. Don't return it. Keep it, and start working to make my phone better Seriously, seeing that you have a One X now just made my damn day.

Our HTC phones in Australai come with the sticker sitting in the box, NOT on the phone.
I seriously hope you guys are being sarcastic. The stcker isn't meant to stay on there. Peel it off and clean the remnant with a damp cloth. Seriously, how hard is it?

Att rep pointed me to the extra sticker with all needed info inside the box. That grey sticker was gone before I left the store.

Diztronic Matte Black for the HTC One X [Pictures]

Hey guys, I decided to take a picture of my diztronic case on the one x for you guys.
I think this is probably the most popular tpu branded case out there.
They run for about 10 dollars, and they fit perfectly for the phone.
I put this case on whenever I go drinking (because you know, drunk calls, texts, your bound to drop the phone)

I use this case and the incipio dual layer. The phone feels really nice with the diztronic on.

I use this case as well, it looks awesome with the dark grey One X. it has a ~1mm raised lip so you can lay your phone down with the screen facing down. also (like any case) it makes it pretty much impossible for you to accidentally unlock your phone while it's in your pocket, so you don't need a lockscreen. just makes the phone seem more sturdy. without it, I can barely tell my phone is in my pocket, which I don't like. I recommend it.

That case looks pretty nice. Is the camera cutout perfect?

yep, its perfect cut out, and also i believe it protects the camera when you lay it down too.

If you drop your phone with this case, the camera will not be protected. If you lay this case back down, it ever so slightly raises the camera off the surface. I mean a millimeter... maybe.
