Or use crop wallpaper

There are already! Just click on the padlock!

After upgrade to the 15.3.A.1.14 I cannot reset or change wifi tether setting like Network SSID and password, when I typed any words save button become dark and invalid.. Please can anybody help me to solve this problem?

You need a Password of atleast 8 characters....yours is too short and hence you cannot set it!

it replaces most of the grey colour to black.
