Hello everybody
I am using ordroid 5.0 Rom in my HTC sensation mobile phone.
I am experiencing a major calling related problem.
Sometimes the other person hardly hear what I speak, sometimes like muted.
Sometimes it would become better if I change position.
But I am able to always hear what the other person says.
We have two mobile phones using same operator in home , but only in my mobile phone I am experiencing this problem, the other one being Samsung focus mobile phone whicih doesn't have this problem.

I'm running OrDorid 5.0 as well. I don't have that problem. Possibly wipe and re-flash the ROM? Could possibly be a mic defect.
Change roms if that big of a problem

Actually i am not blaming the rom at all for this problem.
I am suspecting the radio / firmware or operator to be the culprit.
Can people who don't have such problem in OrDroid post their Firmware / Radio versions ?

Hi I was just wondering what would cause me to not receive some texts and calls, most do get through to me but there are only a few that don't. This is really annoying and I'm trying to fix it. I've changd my sim, radio, kernel etc to no avail. I'm pretty sure the problem is from my fone because it happens regardless of who is sending anything to me. Do you guys think a change of rom would fix this I currently use the arhd rom nd havnt had any problems with it so far but I need a fix fast. Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys

Seems this issue is happening with the LG Optimus 3d also. At least I have that phone and it is happening to me. There are a few others who have got the same problem.
Seems that it is since upgrading to gingerbread that it is happening...
I have been having the same problem.
I randomly don't receive texts that I know people have sent me, which can be very annoying. I also occasionally don't receive calls and have been told that it went straight to voice mail even when I know I had good reception.
I am currently using arhd but I'm pretty sure it also happened when I was on the stock rom.

I have been facing an issue while receiving calls when I'm using EDGE/GPRS on my HTC sensation. The calls dont get through to me. Apparently most of the HTC desire users are facing the same issue and the person calling me gets the not reachable message.
Is there any fix/workaround for this issue?

Does this occur on other roms aswell? You may want to try a new Rom, or try flashing another radio

Hi, i have the android revolition hd sesnation 6.70 rom installed. When the phone ring the phone changes the profile to silent automatically.
Is it possibly a little bug in the Rom? You might want to post on the Roms developer web site and see if any one else is also experiencing the same issue.perhaps they know a fix for it.It's worth checking out... Sometimes the developers sites know of all the little bugs and have simple fixes for them. It's worth a try . Hope you get your issue resolved soon. I personally have never tried that particular Rom so I can't say or help with the issue myself but on the developers site perhaps other users experienced this same issue... Best of luck.

Uh hi.
I'm not sure if I'm the only one with this problem. But my wifi on my android is painfully weak.
All my other devices don't suffer from this, however.
When my ipod touch or laptop is connected to the same wifi, they almost have full bars. But my desire s with andromadus has one or no bars. Same place. And its not the rom because I have had many other roms.
Id like to know if this is just me? I'm guessing this might be the radio issue. I'm using the latest one I flashed through bootloader.

i had this problem too. it's a bug of cyanogenmod... You can't do anything about it. that's why iam using sense roms.

hai i bought a Htc Butterfly recently from here in India
i think it is x920d
just updated to Android 4.3 this morning and now when i started to call ma brother over skype... My WiFi started acting up...
the WiFi network got reduced all of a sudden on my phone only and read some where there some other people experience the same issue
is this a software / firmware issue???
someone please help me with a fix

I also experience same issue with wifi and also Mobile data will be lost when on call...All this issues are caused after updating to 4.3...It was good when on 4.2.2...
Hope upcomming update would resolve these issues.
What is your hboot?did you do official ota update?

upon further investigation this has been an issue anywhere..HTC implemented a country/region specific wachamacallit on its wifi drivers..i am a fix on it right now..if someone with the issue would test alongside me..
I have still some issues with Wi-Fi also but nit same as here the complete phone becomes unresponsive but I can test for you
