Just got a message from my hosts although they offer unlimited bandwidth (you've used 25 Terrabytes in the last two months) I'm using to much server resources and so they've suspended the domain for now.

I'm going to attempt to host all of the files that are posted to the forum on my web server to allow those people who can't access Rapidshare, Megaupload and the like to get the files they need to play with their Desire HD.

Feel free. I've currently done 110GB of data transfer this month hosting the files, it's lucky I'm unlimited

Would you like me to mirror those files on my server in the states? Its feeling a bit redundant atm .

Thanks for this, my wifi has been dropping out a lot which was making it hard to download a 270mb file since you cant resume when downloading from megaupload, from your link I could.

I'm d/l the orange rom 1.40 and noticed its a .exe file how do I install this? I'm used to installing .zip in CW recovery. Is this radio better then the one provided in leedesires Rom v.1.1?

The Orange Rom is an official Update package and so runs as any RUU would (just run it from your PC with the Desire HD connected to it).
I imagine you will loose root if you were to install it.

My newest ROM is actually 1.7

[Q] Amaze cam MOD on android revolution HD

I have had a look around and tried to sort this myself but I was hoping for some help. I have Android Revolution HD on my phone and It's awesome.
I want to install this guy http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=18673613&highlight=Android+Revolution+HD#post18673613 and cant seem to get it to work.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

HTC kernel is needed for the Amaze cam to work

Which version of ARHD are you using? Version 4.1.X is Sense 3.5 based and will only work with a stock kernel, and version 3.6.X is Sense 3.0 based and not all the features work even with a stock kernel from what I've read.

OK, thanks it's 3.6.3 im running. I had put the stock kernel on there and nothing worked other than the basic camera mode. Anything else and it just crashed. Guess I need to wait for some workaround or something. Thanks for the help though.

That or do a backup and give 4.1.4 a shot. I like Sense 3.5, I just had some lag when I tried it back with 4.1.2 I think it was so I went back to 3.6.2. But, since my trial, some tweaks were posted to make it better, new kernels, etc, I just haven't given it a shot since then.

Hi Guys I consider myself just above noob and have a problem with all the ICS ROM's i have tried, have followed the wipe and install to the letter with full wipes, but for the life of me i am unable to get the ZEDGE app to work, i am currently on AndroidHD v1.0 with Eugene373's kernel

some one please help cant post on any of the rom threads as i apear to be to new

i've changed 3 more ROM's and all showing same problem, can anybody with ICS on their phone confirm if they can use ZEDGE fully.

ok it seems to have something to do with ZEDGE changing and messing with permissions of the app. i have deleted the current version and found an older version on fourshared and it all good.

[Q] Lose Tethering - HTC One S Jelly Bean 4.2.2

Hi, just upgraded my HTC One S to Jelly Bean 4.2.2. Everything works perfectly, but lose my Wifi hotspot tethering. My PCs can connect to the phone with proper IP address, but it cannot pass to the web. I had the same problem in the past with HTC Vision, but resolved it by upgrade the Radio ROM. In this case, I have not been able to find any new radio ROM beyond my current version 1.08ts.50.02.16-10.08e.50.04L Anybody have solution for this? Thanks.

I had the same issue on CM10.1. What ROM are you running, and did you come from a fresh flash or dirty install?

mine was just a nightly fresh after i got the stable version had the same problem 10.1-20130307-NIGHTLY-ville

Try just doing a fresh flash on the newest nightly. I'm on 03/09/13 and my tethering is working perfectly. It's actually what i'm using to type this message from my tablet

Thanks - did the flash to the latest nightly and it is rather stable. Nice. To make the tethering working better, I found this from the xda that really seal it with ice on the cake: Temporary-Radio-Installer-V2.zip Not sure if this is unique to my Ville, but it does really well after flashing this file. Good luck for those might need it.

Well not sure if our problem in US is the same in Spain, but will spell out the steps for your consideration, assuming your own risk of disabling your phone. For HTC One S s4 variant to get tethering working properly, we went through this:
1) download and flash the latest CM10.1 level: http://get.cm/?device=ville
2) download and flash the radio file, assuming that you will take the EU version "Radio from RUU_Ville_U_HTC_Europe_1.78.401.2 [Recommended] (update by rhcp)" : http://ville.giev.de/?page_id=42
3) download and flash the latest Google Apps package: http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-jb-20130301-signed.zip
4) download and flash the radio installer file for "Temporary Radio Installer ON ALL HBOOTS CM10 and CM10.1 and Sense JB ROM's (needs to be flashed every ROM flash) v2!" : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=34271913
Now you can reboot and it should be fine.

Many thanks for the help.
In the end the answer to my problem was extremely simple.
All I had to do was change the hotspot name and password on the HTC and just follow suit on the PCs to connect. I guess, in hindsight, I really should have tried that!
Apparently (according to Vodafone tech. dept in Spain) the upgrade has be known corrupt the above data.
Easy when you know how, as always.

[Q] HTC Sensation ARHD 6.8

Is there any way I can download the Android Revolution HD 6.8 with Beats Audio? Because I was hoping that the new 7.2 is better but it turns out that 6.8 is more stable. Please help. I wanted to post this on DevThread but the site didn't want me to post yet due to privilege issue.

I recently upgraded wife's ARHD Sensation from 7.0 to 7.2 and it's been a bit of a disaster - 7.0 was very stable but 7.2 causes all sorts of things to fail - keep getting google maps failed to start and other google apps likewise.
so I would suggest tryign 7.0.
however, I didn't totally wipe the device before flashing, so I was going to try that. but if you are having problems maybe I should downgrade?

I don't think u can download the old version of arhd ,u can do 1 thing u can pm mike and ask him for old download link (include please and etc )

Really? Maybe I should try 7.0 until the 7.5 is released. Actually, I don't have any problem with the 7.2, for the first two weeks it was stable but after I update my apps from google play, it started to FC on some updated apps. I had to download and flash again the ROM from ARHD thread but this time I can't untick the text input at language and keyboard settings, it was grayed. I want to disable the autocorrect, word suggestions or anything related to that. So, I looked for 6.8 as this is the most stable ROM i have tried, but i think i will try 7.0 for the moment. Thanks man.
