hdr camera+

i recently downloaded hdr camera+ and found it to be really great compared to stock camera app. it gives pictures with more saturated colors and more contrast while earlier they used to be dull.
anyone else using this app or some other camera app that's really useful.?

paper camera, Instagram, ICS camera, camera HD
try these if u hvn't

i've used these except for 'camera hd' (which i couldn't find on google play). used ics camera few months back and found it to be slightly better than stock. didn't use instagram more than 2-3 times. and paper camera is a diff. kind of app altogether, though it's really a good one. can u give me link to camera hd.

I bought it about 4 months ago....its the only camera I use on phone. This thing makes the pic stand out so much more than any other app. I love it.

its because i've tried several cam s/w long back ..... so couldn't remember much

Awesome app..photos are really vivid now..but i am not getting the full 8MP resolution..varies between 7.6 to 7.9..why this happens??

Ones I've looked at:
ProCapture & Camera Zoom FX - Straightforward, some extra customazation in the form of exposure settings in the former and effects in the latter
Camera FV-5 - The closest you'll get to a DSLR in terms of manual settings
Night Camera - Optimized for low light shots
HDR camera - The title says it all
Camera Streak - Lightpainting!
Fast Burst Camera - Shoot tens of exposure per seconds, great for action/sports
Haven't tried half of those yet though :laugh:

I have camera zoomFX and its great. My pics have the same amount of detail as my friends GS2

what camera apps are u using?
i tried using SNAP camera but it kept freezing.
i also read that it doesnt matter what camera app you use, quality of pics will be the same.

Negative. Different cameras give better picks than others.. It really depends on what ROM your on$

I use Camera ZOOM FX, i get Pretty good quality pics

I've been using Vignette for quite awhile now and love it. Its got lots of filters and always takes great pictures and is easy to use.

4.2 android camera for me, the photosphere is really cool

Right now I'm using snap and it's fantastic, I like the way the configuration works, it's very fast. I bought camera zoom fx some months ago but I've never really used it. It's a good app though, lots of options and filters, but I guess it's just too complex for me.

I use "Camera ICS" found on the Google Market for any ROM i have without any camera app included. It's just like ICS's camera app and it works great

CM vs Sense camera quality

alot of people in other forums i read say that SENSE stock camera is superior than the CM camera.
what do u guys think?

Definitely. Stock takes a much smaller picture, more square-sized, and is quite often blurred on mine. Sweep panorama is the only upside to the stock Android camera.

184 is from sense
547 is from liquids ROM

It has HDR but it's not that good and often appears blurry because the camera drivers aren't perfect yet

Which is the best camera app?

For me? Camera 360, free and best the camera stock

I like perfectly clear the best, it has the best focus and exposure features of all the apps I've used, though it is a little slow to load at first.

I actually really like the stock Samsung camera app shame it can't be used on CyanogenMod.
The stock camera has an awful menu system.

You must try CAMERA MX...a brilliant camera app that removes a lot of laggyness and provides alot of clarity in comparison with the stock camera app...
I suggest you should try this app and leave your comments in this thread and press thanks

If editing and features is what you are looking for, cymera is the best. It has more filters and controls than anything else I have

Google Camera rox. Best thing it works without gapps.
Edit: You'll need the modules for Google Camera by Agaphetos to use lens blur and prevent FC's
