I already tried all the PS1 emulators available on the market but none of them works! The Moto DroidX can run psx4droid but our phone can't, DroidX has the same chipset as ours. Even the Optimus Black can also run psx4droid and FPse without any single lag!
On my phone, once I run a game.. it crashes and just goes back to the app drawer! Please help me..
I am desperately dying here ryt now to make it work..
There is a thread made by me for gaming discussions.
Anyway, I had tried one a year ago. On Froyo then.
And it did work. Played WWF Smackdown 2! on it.
I forgot the name.
But, I do remember one thing. It was removed off the market after sometime. And it was the most popular PSX emulator then. If that would help you find.
Fpse works great
Cheers

Yes it works very very well. Maybe you didn't set it up properly, or the rom you're using is a wrong format?

Ok, I found the problem..
I tried a different game.. then I found out that the game that I was trying is not compatible with the emulator itself... LOL I know this was stupid, I didn't search before asking stupid questions..
But I really apologize for wasting your time guys. Sorry!

Hi Guys, i just found this in XDA Themes Section.
It is for Galaxy Nexus and ported to Motorola Atrix, so has anyone tested it on cm9 for our play? does it work?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1531222
Thanks !!!!!!
It says tested on: Xperia Play (R800I) in the link. I guess it will work, might test now. Thanks for sharing!
Ridder
EDIT: Tested, works like a charm on CM9 (FXP117)!!
Really nice looking, lots of adjustments.
I've used it a while ago with CM9. It works well.
Can anyone test it with AOKP RC1? Because with CM9 my Wifi is not working

WiFi mess up might be something that went into the build, but had problems. Anyhow, it is fixed now
It would be cool if source code was posted for this, then it could even get merged into CM9.

Some of the better Roms are:
For day to day use I'd suggest Kyrillos' Rom v9.6 it's based on a stock samsung Froyo firmware so everything works
If you want to play around with your phone CM7.2 by Marcellusbe is a good rom. It's fast but however it is a CyanogenMod 7 Rom so it is missing some features.
There are also the ICS roms, barley anything is working in ICS but it is pretty cool.
Finally if you enjoy playing games on your phone there is G-ROM. It's based on a stock samsung Eclair firmware so everything is all good good.
Hope this helps

New and cool but stable and fast... I'd suggest any of the CM7.2 Roms so Marcell's Kyrillos' v10.3 or M12 Rom. Miui is alright but it is lacking many features and programs seem to force close often on Miui.

Eli,
there are no Official Cyanogenmod ROMs available for the Skyrocket yet. Keep checking the Development threads and you will eventually see one. It will just take some time since no kernel source has been released yet.
Cm9 alpha3 is very good. I'm using as my daily driver now. I think itis good enough to use daily.

Your only CyanogenMod option with the Skyrocket is CM9, and alpha3 has very few issues, I have been using it since alpha1 as my main ROM, and the current release is excellent. I personally have not found any issues that are show stoppers, if CM is what you need, then try CM9, if it doesn't work, revert to your backup.
Tom
CM9 Alpha 3 can be used as a daily driver with no issues. It's a great ROM.

I never understood the use of the word "stable" when comparing ROM's with multiple issues.
**Known Issues**
~ Join Contacts don't work correctly
~ APN Lost on Airplane Mode
~ Render FX Not working ( I recommend using chainfire3D app in the market, as it works the same w/ night mode )
~ Youtube Fast Forward is Broken
~ volume+ might have issue.... see this Post
~ Changing CPU Governor can sometimes cause CPU1 from not going Offline
~ NFC not working
~ Build.prop will read as a T989, don't edit or it will cause the audio bug to return!! However, this build has the correct kernel for the I727 & won't have orientation screwed up

My little problems are:
1. External speaker randomly starts playing through ear speaker. A reboot fixes it.
2. SMS over 160 characters won't send. Setting the app to automatically split is a temporary workaround until Alpha 4 is released.
3. Some apps disappear on reboot. Just have them backed up, so I do a batch restore missing apps+data with Titanium Backup when I reboot.
4. Screen stops recognizing touch when screen is unlocked randomly. Doing a 2-finger touch to the notification bar usually brings it back. (Anyone else know about this fix? The topic only says to reboot. Managed to figure this out on my own.)
And that's about it. No serious show-stoppers at all.
Yes. Yes. Battery is WONDERFUL. (My last battery was alive for 50 hours!) Only issues I have are minor and can easily be worked around. I've been using Alpha 3 since the day it came out and haven't wanted to flash anything else.

Until LG officially releases ICS for the G2X, not a single ICS Rom currently out there is "Stable" by how you're using it. There are some GREAT ICS Roms out there for the G2X, but they all share the same problems (No HW Accel for video, Video Recording being bleh, etc.)

Hi,
My question might sound weird, but i'm looking for an old versioned rom for my girlfriend's phone.
I can only find quite new versions of android, but everyone seems to be very heavy and the phone looks laggy.
So I wondered if you could help me to find an old rom, as she doesn't care about how new android is, but she want something very lite and smooth.
Thanks for your advice .
Look for Fly on gb or Frankenstain rom here in XDA development section.
